Explanation to what's going on in the world, and some backstory.
So Eclipse got the star but it wasn't fully made, so it didn't have much power in it causing him to only do so much and rule only about half the world. He has his own castle and army, he's in a war with moon and the others trying to stop him from getting the star to full power.
Moon and Solar run a large camp/ town where they hide refugees from Eclipse's palace or kingdom that he runs, they also have a medium army that helps fight Eclipse's army. The government is gone its all run by Solar and Moon, the creator is also dead and stuff :}
Solar and Moon are dating, and Ruin is like their child.
Ruin is simple and innocent (sort of), and has been trying to help Moon and Solar with army stuff and war.
Earth and monty aren't together, Monty has even more anger issues and Lunar is just there. He does not have star powers anymore because Eclipse took them, (idk how just pretend) so now he lives with Earth again.
Sun has been missing for a year and no one knows where he is, but he isn't with Eclipse.
The bloodmoon twins are dead :C
