23 - Nap

A few weeks later Andy and I were baby shopping, and it was turning into a chore more than it should have been.

"Andy gender neutral, baby pink is not gender neutral!" I snapped after he picked up yet another   cute girl onesie.

"This all could have been worked out if we would have just found out the gender." Andy mumbled.

"You came up with the idea to wait." I said.

"I know because I didn't think it would be this hard." Andy said.

"Yeah, well it is. I thought it would be fun but I'm finding out I actually hate it. I don't know how to do the nursery; neutral clothing isn't cute, and I just want to know what I can actually buy!" I complained.

"Then let's go home and find out. Buy the crib and everything we want and then just ask Jake. He is only allowed to tell him if we both ask and want to know." Andy suggested.

"That's the best thought you have had all day." I said and he chuckled as we then walked around and picked out the crib, changing table, car seat and stroller. We figured everything else big we could get later.

We left Jacob and Faith at home together, they wanted to spend time together and Jacob said he didn't mind watching her. We had already moved him to the basement and he was loving having his own little space down there.

We got into the house and headed down to the basement.

"Hey, you're back!" Jacob said and then saw our faces. "What wrong?" Jacob asked as Faith ran over to Andy to hug him then me.

"We need to know Jake, we don't want to wait. Shopping is getting hard." I said and he chuckled.

"I knew this would happen and it just so happens Faith and I were working on something for you both to tell you if you ever asked. Faith, you want to get it?" Jacob asked and she nodded as she ran over to Jake's desk and grabbed a card. Andy took it and opened the envelope. It was a hand-drawn card with baby rattles and bottles all over the front. I looked at Jake and smiled.

Andy opened the card and smiled at me then showed me what it said.

"You sure?" I asked and he nodded. He got up and grabbed the sonogram from his desk drawer and handed it to me so I could see for myself.

"Well, this changed everything..." I said and Andy nodded.

"Not what you were expecting?" Jacob asked.

"Well not what one of us was expecting, that's for sure." I said and we all laughed. I looked at Faith who was sitting next to Jake.

"How do you feel about this?" I asked and she smiled.

"I like it!" She said and I smiled.

"Good, how about we all go out, get some dinner and then we all go shopping and pick out somethings for the baby we still need?" Andy suggested and everyone but me nodded.

"Actually, can I take a short nap first? I'm a little tired and I would like to be well rested when we all go out." I asked and Andy nodded.

"Yeah, go ahead and lay down. I will check on you a little later." Andy said and I just looked at him and he knew my look. "...Or I could come and lay with you..." Andy added, and I nodded.

"Okay Faith stay here with Jake, and we will be down soon, okay?" I asked and they both nodded. Andy and I went upstairs. As I closed the bedroom door, I pushed Andy against it and passionately kissed him and he groaned gripping my hips.

"Are you even tired Mrs. Barber?" Andy smirked as we broke apart and I smiled biting my bottom lip and shook my head.

"Nope, I just wanted you. You look damn good today and then arguing in the store..." I trailed off as Andy locked the bedroom door and we made out to the bed where he gently laid me down then hovered over me.

"I must say I don't hate these pregnancy hormones of yours." Andy chuckled. We started undressing each other and Andy started to kiss down my body. Once he got to my bump and he kissed all around it. I moaned in content as he did, when Andy was like this with the baby bump it made the past just disappear.

"I'm so goddamn lucky." Andy whispered, I don't know if I was supposed to hear him, but I did. I ran my hand through his hair, and he looked up at me from where he stopped kissing me.

"I love you." I said barely above a whisper.

"I love you, more than you'll ever know." Andy said and I smiled. He moved down and slowly removed my panties and gently spread my legs. I watched as Andy moved forward keeping eye contact with me as he licked up my slit. I tossed my head back as I kept my hand in Andy's hair as his tongue started circle my clit. I laughed, "Yes it means I want my husband, so you need to follow me."

"Good to know." Andy said and I quickly drifted off to sleep as Andy covered us up.
