Next Day

Issei was at school, talking to his friends about his date with Yuuma yesterday. They said they have no recollection of her and insisted that Issei was dreaming. He went to check his phone for her contact info, but it's gone. He was confused about how it disappeared. But saw Rias and she had her eye on him, then left.

Matsuda offered Issei and Motohama to watch some "DVDs" at his house. To which they accepted.

Y/n and his brothers were watching them from the bottom floor and listening to their conversation.

"Those two are never getting girlfriends." Falco said while leaning back on the wall.

"100%. But it seems Issei has introduced Yuuma to his friends. However, he seems a little off." Cruz replied.

"I agree. Like how does that girl's contact info just vanish? And how do they claim they don't remember her, when he introduced her?" Terrence said as he's trying to figure it out.

"I don't know how or why, but one thing that I know is that Issei's not crazy. That girl actually asked him out. I'm just surprised that I'm not the only one who remembers any of it. Come on, let's go to class." Y/n said before he and his brothers left.

Dusk

Y/n was walking around the neighborhood. He couldn't understand why Issei was acting a little off. He turns the corner and sees Issei walking down the steps, then looking at an alleyway. Y/n raised an eyebrow in confusion at Issei's actions.

"Hey, Issei!" Y/n called out.

Issei turned to see Y/n with us hands in his pockets standing a good distance from him. Y/n then walked up to him.

"Y/n, what are you doing here?" Issei asked, puzzled.

"I was just walking around to get some fresh air. Homework can be stressful. By the way, what are you doing out here? And why were you looking at an alleyway?" Y/n answered, then asked Issei some questions.

"Oh umm, I don't know what's going on with me. Like everything inside of me is changing." Issei replied nervously while scratching his head.

"It's called puberty, Issei. You know this." Y/n said with sarcasm.

"No, I don't even think it's that. It's something else. But I don't know how to describe it." Issei said while looking at his hand.

Issei suddenly turned after hearing a mother and daughter in a far distance. Y/n was getting even more confused and curious at this point.

"Y/n, please tell me you hear them?" Issei asked, while pointing at mother and daughter. Y/n looked at them.

"No, I don't. Is there something wrong with you?" Y/n replied.

"Yes, there is. But I don't think you'll believe me when I tell you. I'm just gonna go home now." Issei said after leaving.

"This is about Yuuma Amano, right?" Y/n replied.

Issei stopped and looked at Y/n. He was shocked to hear his reply.

"What happened back at the bridge is real. You're not dreaming whatsoever. Come on, explain everything while we take a walk." Y/n replied.

"Are you sure? I mean I don't wanna sound like I'm crazy or something." Issei said to him.

"Issei, this is the first time we talked outside of school. Come on, give me the benefit of the doubt here." Y/n replied. Issei nodded and acknowledged.

It was turning dark. Issei explained everything to Y/n, while walking. Y/n was nodding and listening to what Issei was saying to him. They reached the water fountain at the park.
