Third pov
Early Afternoon
It was hours after Asia made it back to the church. As soon as she entered, a small blonde fallen angel wearing a maid outfit was sitting down with her back facing her.
Mittelt: (Scoffs), finally you two came back....
The small maid stopped after she turned around and only saw Asia.
Mittelt: Asia, where is Karawarner and her wingman?
Asia was about to answer, but she doesn't know if the maid believes her, when she tells her that they died.
Mittelt: Hey, I asked you a question! Where are they?!
Asia then worked up the courage to speak.
Asia: They were killed.
The fallen maid raised an eyebrow and walked up to her.
Mittelt: Asia.
She said while taking a deep breath, placing her palms together and pointing them at her, finally exhaling.
Mittelt: How can they be killed?! Who killed them?!
She shouted at her, causing Asia to cover her face. Dohnaseek came up from the basement.
Dohnaseek: Mittelt! What are you shouting about?!
Mittelt: Dohnaseek, do you see Karawarner and her wingman with Asia?! I don't think so!
She snapped back at him.
Dohnaseek wondered why Asia was by herself, when Karawarner and her wingman weren't present.
Dohnaseek: Asia, what happened to them? And what does Mittelt mean by "Who killed them"?
Mittelt: (Scoffs) You're wasting your time, Dohnaseek.
Mittelt said to him while crossing her arms.
Dohnaseek took out his spear and warned Asia to not lie to him.
Asia: I don't know what killed them. But they just appeared out of nowhere and have some advanced weaponry. They even copied their voices. One of them fought Lady Karawarner, then took her skull and spine after she lost.
Dohnaseek put his spear away, then asked her for their last location. She replied at the large structure in the park. He then ordered Mittelt to go with him to retrieve their feathers. He later ordered Asia to go to the basement, to which she obliged.
As she went down, she saw Raynare on the floor with bruises on her. She went to heal her, while in the process, Raynare asked why Asia came back, instead of running away.
Asia:I came back here, because I ran into trouble. Issei said he'll come with some help to save us.
Raynare: Issei's alive? How?
Raynare asked as her wounds were healing.
Asia: Father Freed almost killed him, but I intervened. Then he revealed that Issei is a devil.
*****: (Sighs) Finally the cross is finished and everything is almost complete.
A white-haired exorcist, Freed Sellzen said. He was walking to them and saw Asia healing Raynare.
Freed: Awww, are you healing your friend, Asia? You didn't have to, you know. After all she would have been dead before the ritual even started, but I guess you just want her to see what happens, do you?
He mockingly said to her. The other priests surrounded and grabbed them.
Freed: Set Asia up to the cross.
