Next Morning

Y/n and Cruz were walking around Kuoh. Y/n had told the others about the "important matter" from yesterday. To which they weren't expecting that he would snag a fiance by simply winning a game of chess. He even told them that they'll work it out on the weekend.

Cruz: I still can't believe that you're engaged to Sona, Y/n.

Y/n: Tell me about it.

Cruz: How do you feel?

Y/n: Honestly, I don't know. I was pissed off at first but, after she explained why, I just felt relieved.

Cruz: How so?

Y/n: I'm relieved that she made a clever condition, so she won't be forced to marry a random guy. Who'll possibly hurt or straight up abuse her.

He formed a fist after answering.

Cruz: Hey, that's no longer a guarantee, because you won and not those disgraceful things.

Cruz assured him.

Y/n: Yeah, you're right.

Y/n replied. They walked into the park and spotted no one. But hear two voices.

They walked to the sources and saw Issei and a nun sitting on a bench in front of them with their backs in their view. They hid behind the trees and saw the nun put two hands together. A green glow appeared on Issei's shoulder, then legs. Issei said that he felt a thousand times, he complimented and thanked the nun, whose name is Asia. Y/n and Cruz transformed into their yautja form and remained hidden.

Cruz: How did she do that?

He asked in sign language.

Y/n: It was the rings on her fingers. They glow when she puts them to use. My guess is that she has healing power.

Y/n replied in sign language.

Cruz: I'll alert Terrence and Falco about our discovery and get them here.

Cruz replied back. Y/n nodded. Cruz then used his wrist gauntlet to let the other two know. They replied and were on their way.

They then listen to Asia's backstory. They were amazed that she prayed so hard for a puppy that caused it to heal from its wounds and how the people from across the world would come to the church to be healed from her. But when she said that she ran away because the people from the church wanted to kill her for healing a devil and that anyone who has that kind of power is labeled as a hieratic. They rolled their eyes, annoyed and shook their heads in disappointment. They felt sorry for her.

Y/n: Typical hypocritical creatures.

Y/n said in sign language.

Cruz: Agreed, another reason why people don't go to church, because of those fuckin people. Glad we taught those hypocrites a lesson back home.

Cruz replied back.

She continued on and said that she wants to make more new friends to do all sorts of fun activities with them. They saw Issei rise from the bench and tell Asia that he's her friend, regardless of what people tell him. Asia said that they couldn't and said that it's wrong. But he insisted and would disobey anyone who told him not to. Causing Asia to thank him. Y/n and Cruz were impressed of his courage and confidence.

Cruz: Terrence was right when he witnessed Issei saving Raynare. He does have a golden heart.

Cruz said in sign language again.

Y/n: Yeah, what he needs to do is to overcome his perverted nature. Y/n replied.

Terrence: Y/n, Cruz. Falco and I had made it to the park. We're right behind you.
