Overhaul was now falling from the sky. I quickly ran to my hiding stop before he saw me and came over to me.

I looked at my hands but they didn't seem different. So what happened?

I couldn't use my quirk earlier but the... When I hit my head it must've activated something.

I'll have to figure it out later.

I heard a loud smash and I peaked to see.

Overhaul was on the floor, not moving.

I slowly walked over to the fight scene. No one seemed to notice me, and if they did, I didn't notice them.

Did I kill him? I couldn't have killed him, right? No. No! I'm a hero! No matter what, I'm not supposed to kill.

All these thoughts were going through my head, I didn't realize that purple smoke was coming out of my hands again.

As I walked closer, Zuku noticed me.

"Mai? What's happening with your hands?"

"I-I don't know. Help me."

I fell to my knees because the pain was starting to get to me.

I let out a scream from the pain and was then covered in a cloud of purple smoke around me.

I could hear Zuku on the other side but I couldn't respond.

Only with screams and groans of pain.

Suddenly, the pain stopped and the smoke cleared.

I picked my head up in surprise and saw red eyes glowing and staring at me.

"Dad.." I whispered before I closed my eyes and fell down.

What is happening to me?...

I woke up to a bright light hitting my face.

"Where am I?" I said in a raspy voice.

"Mai! You're okay!" I heard a voice yell before I was attacked in a hug.

I could only see green in my vision.

"Z-Zuku?" I stuttered.

"It's me." He whispered, bringing his face close to mine.

"Izuku. You're okay." I cried.

"I'm okay." He laughed.

"What about the others? How Togata? How's Eri? How's dad?"

"Well, I'm fine. Other than a few stitches." Dad said, as he walked into the room.

Zuku quickly separated from me.

"Dad."

I slowly sat up, with dad's help. Before hugging him.
