Chapter 43: The Master Plan

Back home in Delhi, life slowly resumed its usual pace. The beautiful beach memories were now just Instagram posts and stories, but the bond between Aashna, Virat, and Kiara had grown even stronger. They continued to spend time together, and their relationship blossomed with every passing day.

However, amidst the joy and romance, trouble was brewing. Anushka Sharma, who had been keeping a close eye on social media, saw the posts of Aashna, Virat, and Kiara having fun together. The sight of their happiness stirred something inside her. A plan began to form in her mind, a plan to disrupt their newfound happiness and reassert her presence in Virat's life.

One evening, as Virat was getting ready to head out to the practice ground, his phone buzzed with a message from an unknown number. He opened it and froze. It was a photo of Aashna and him from the beach, with an ominous message: "Do you think you can replace me so easily? Watch your back."

Virat's face darkened, and his mind raced with possibilities. He knew who was behind this. Anushka. She was trying to stir trouble.

As he was lost in thought, Aashna walked in, noticing the change in his demeanor. "Virat, is everything okay?"

Virat turned to her, his eyes clouded with worry. "It's Anushka. She's trying to mess with us."

Aashna frowned, her own anxiety creeping in. "What did she do?"

He handed her the phone, and she read the message. Her face paled. "What does she want?"

"I don't know," Virat said, running a hand through his hair. "But we need to be careful."

The days that followed were tense. Anushka's presence loomed over their relationship like a dark cloud. She would send cryptic messages and photos, playing on their insecurities. One day, Aashna received a message from Anushka, suggesting that Virat was still in love with her and was only with Aashna because of Kiara. It was a lie, but it was enough to plant seeds of doubt.

Aashna confronted Virat that evening, her voice trembling with emotion. "Virat, are you sure you're over her?"

Virat looked at her, shocked. "Aashna, of course, I am! She's trying to manipulate us. Don't let her win."

But the tension kept building, and one day, it reached a breaking point. They had a heated argument in the living room, voices raised and emotions running high.

"I can't take this anymore, Virat! Every day it's something new. I feel like she's always going to be a part of our lives," Aashna cried.

Virat, equally frustrated, replied, "I don't know what else to do, Aashna! I'm trying to protect us, to keep us together. But she's making it impossible."

In a moment of desperation, Aashna made a decision. "Maybe we need some space. I think I should go back to my apartment for a while."

Virat's heart sank. "Aashna, please. Don't leave. We can figure this out together."

But Aashna had made up her mind. She packed a bag and left, tears streaming down her face as she drove back to her apartment. Virat watched her go, feeling a deep sense of loss and helplessness.

That night, Kiara sensed the tension. She looked up at her father with big, innocent eyes and asked, "Daddy, where's Aashuuu?"

Virat's heart ached as he tried to explain. "Aashna had to go home for a little while, sweetheart. But she'll be back."

Kiara's lower lip trembled. "I miss Aashuuu. Can we bring her back, Daddy?"

Virat hugged his daughter tightly, his own eyes filling with tears. "I miss her too, Kiki. I promise we'll bring her back."

Days turned into weeks, and Kiara's longing for Aashna grew stronger. She would ask about her constantly, her innocent questions piercing Virat's heart every time. He knew he had to find a way to resolve things and bring Aashna back into their lives.

One evening, as he sat alone in the living room, surrounded by silence, he made a decision. He picked up his phone and called Aashna.

"Aashna, I know things have been tough, but we need to talk. I miss you, and so does Kiara. We need to find a way to make this work, to not let Anushka get between us."

Aashna's voice was soft but filled with pain. "I miss you too, Virat. And I miss Kiara. I don't want to let Anushka win, but I need to feel secure, to know that we can handle this together."

Virat's voice was firm. "We can handle anything as long as we're together. Come back home, Aashna. Let's fight this together."

Aashna took a deep breath, her heart aching with love and hope. "I'll come back, Virat. Let's face this together."

The next morning, Aashna returned to Virat's house. Kiara's face lit up with joy as she ran into her arms. "Aashuuu! I missed you!"

Aashna hugged her tightly, tears of happiness streaming down her face. "I missed you too, Kiki."

Virat joined them, wrapping his arms around both Aashna and Kiara. "We're a family. And nothing, not even Anushka, can tear us apart."

As they stood there, holding each other, they knew that their love was stronger than any obstacle. Together, they would face whatever came their way, determined to protect their bond and their happiness.
