Day ??

- Luna, I want to talk to you about something important. -Matteo sat next to her on the sofa where, less than 56 hours ago, he almost died. The girl, in turn, was breathing calmly and holding an old Amélie magazine about fashion, that magazine could have been over 16 years old, she bought it when she was still a teenager and Luna seemed interested, but Theo didn't pay attention to it as she quickly He placed it on the coffee table.

- Okay, about what? - Not offended, the girl smiled slightly, waiting for a question.

- I wanted to know what you have inside of tour backpack and what it does. I don't want to judge without knowing, but it felt like drugs. - Unconcerned, even with her friend's tense expression, Luna backed away.

- I don't know exactly, but I know that the main pocket of my backpack has amounts of this thing, in little plastic containers that I haven't counted yet.

- So you took it without knowing what it was? That's stupid, isn't it?

- And yes . But the voices... told me it was safe and I took it. I felt good seconds later, it was as if it inhibited any and all pain and also gave me motivation. I know we argued after I took it, but I was trying to apologize, because it made me feel so euphoric and you seemed so upset! -The girl used her sad puppy eyes to help her ask for forgiveness, but Theo wasn't able to associate it all.

- So that's like a medication, but you don't know what it's for, what it is, or what it does, but you chose to take it anyway? - Theo placed his hand on hers, perhaps he had misjudged her, after all, she probably wasn't a drug addict.

- Yeah, like that, I feel like if I don't take it, I'm putting my life at risk, you can't understand.

- Are those the voices you said? I don't understand . But if it's not a drug, why doesn't it have a label or packaging? - Theo questioned. It was strictly forbidden to sell food or analgesics  without labels, including fruit, due to genetic changes and possible mutations or greenhouses.

- It's complicated, I don't remember, honestly. But wait... Damn wasn't that what you were referring to yesterday? Can you explain it to me better? I feel like I've heard that word before but... What is drugs? - Matteo gave a glance, how could anyone not know what drugs are nowadays?

-Damn it? Seriously?Drugs are substances, natural or synthetic, that, when introduced into the body, modify its functions.I don't know if this interests you, but so far, they have banned drugs again, which had already been made legal in 2037 worldwide, they have banned them again in and unbanning it 8 years ago. That's why all my concern, because if you were sick, it would make everything worse... Please, never take drugs. - Theo seemed to understand her doubts, even without fully believing it all. The only thing that hasn't improved is her vomiting.

-Ah, so the drug is bad? Very bad? - Luna had a very strong vocal odor and definitely had an olfactory tone of gastric juice.

- Yes, but don't worry, if you think it's not drugs, I trust you, for now. Look, I'm going to leave you alone, when you're done vomiting , let me know. I'm going to show you what a toothbrush is, I need to go to the pharmacy. - Matteo leaves the bathroom, feeling sorry for the girl. But it wasn't worth trying to talk to her much more, I was just bothering her. However, he did not close or lock the door, he leaned it at a 48 degree angle. Until suddenly:

- Matteo, why are you still letting me stay here? It's dangerous, why didn't you send me away? - Luna had momentarily overcome her nausea, cleaning her mouth with a wet towel and water.

- Should I have done it? - Theo exhales deeply through the smile as if he found her question funny, as if he expected her to say that. He crossed his arms and faced his friend. -It's late, good night, Luna. Sleep well...

-Good Night, Theo... - Luna calls him Theo for the first time and finally, they finally separate. Maybe her nausea won't allow her to sleep at night. Until that moment, he was the best human being she had known, even if it was only the third day. For someone who remembered almost nothing, three days was a lot. Everyone welcomed her but he was the One who brought her into his house ignoring the concern that she could be infected and subsequently kill everyone.

Meanwhile, she was busy watching Matteo smile shyly and disappear down the hallway, then silently descending the stairs.

In the next room, the only noisy person was Amelie, as her cough was quite audible.

Day 70

- Where are you going? - Theo was addressing Henry who was wearing his protective mask, covering his entire body due to all the evil that was going on in the streets outside.

- I promised Amélie I would go to the pharmacy today. We have little stock of medicines, we need to buy food and she is in a very bad mood and is vomiting. I received it yesterday, it's terrible to be in financial difficulties at a time like this. - Said the blonde, responding to his friend and complaining about the situation, at least the house was bought and not rented.

-Don't complain too much as long as the five of us live together and we have a more or less salary. You forget that Amélie still earns her normal salary and the same goes for Vincent, who continues to work from home.

-Really... Speaking of which, Amélie is really bad, she didn't go to work today, she also says that she doesn't feel motivated because she has to work alone. - Henry finally protects himself and puts his cell phone in his pocket. - See you soon!

- Bye, see you later! - Theo responds to his friend who, at that moment, throws hand sanitizer and leaves through the main door, leaving Matteo in the living room, who continues to watch TV.

As soon as he entered the pharmacy, Henry remembered why he hated pharmacies, since the epidemic increased, they are always full of people for some reason. He even seemed to have very basic protection compared to the hypochondriacs who were with him.

He only spoke to the red-haired pharmacist who attended to him, but for a moment, he felt somewhat pressured, especially on his shoulders, the moment he returned to the street in an attempt to go to the market, everything passed.

The image of the new girl, Luna, haunted his consciousness for a few seconds, but soon after, it disappeared like a ghost. What was that? Visions?

Until the next moment, he saw a couple and as soon as he saw them both, the woman was exactly the same as Luna, the same hair, the same face, the same body, she just seemed a little more nourished.

- Luna? What are you doing here? - Henry touched her on the shoulder but the girl seemed to doubt the boy's mental health, she avoided it, amazed by it all.

- Sorry, I don't know anyone with that name. - The woman's boyfriend, around 22 years old, stared at Henry, who was surprised at her lack of knowledge.

- I beg your pardon... - As the couple begins to walk more quickly, Henry reflects. Could Luna have a twin and she didn't know? How could they be so similar? For at least a minute, he rethought the facts. Maybe he was crazy, maybe not. In a way it didn't make any sense but at the same time... he had never spoken to her but even her voice was equally uncomfortable. It was as if she were a clone.

Henry knew he wasn't hallucinating, they really looked like the same person, and so doubt invaded him for the rest of the afternoon. It was the only thing he could think about .

For him, they had to have some connection. It was impossible for there to be two identical people in the same city without even knowing each other or being family.

None of this seemed logical.
