Day 91
-AMELIE, CALL MATTEO! - Luna asked loudly, with a tone of despair. She was in complete panic and alarmed the blonde.
-I can enter? -Henry's girlfriend tried to force entry into the bathroom, being stopped by Luna. Amelie remained calm.
-Call Theo, just...
-Why? You seem worried... They've already gone to pack things in the car so we can continue our journey. - She knocked on the door continuously, in an attempt to help her friend.
-PLEASE! THEO! - Luna shouted again, becoming more excited as the few seconds passed. - I think I will die.
-To die? Girl, did you hit your head for good? - Amelie didn't understand Luna, what she said didn't make sense.
-I swear to everything I'm not crazy, but I'm bleeding! - Amelie finally stopped knocking on the door and went into the bathroom. -I swear I started bleeding out of nowhere, help me...
-Take it easy, do you know what this is? - She asked the skinny girl, putting her hand in hers. - You don't need to have an anxiety attack or anything like that. It's no big deal, you're just on your period.
-What is that? - She asked, completing her friend's speech. Luna didn't remember hearing about it, not even Clementine, who explained everything about nature, had told her about it. When Amelie realized that her friend's doubt was real, she burst out laughing at the indignant expression that covered her face. - Do you think I'm really going to die? Call Matteo please...
-These are not things that Theo understands, the help you need is of another kind. - Amelie smiled at the brunette. Doubt still surrounded Luna, she didn't understand what Henry's girlfriend meant by that.

Theo couldn't stop kissing the night before, he was completely enchanted by her. As much as he wanted to act normally around his friends, who weren't yet aware of the news (or at least that's what he thought), he couldn't. He liked to exchange affection with her, even so, he understood that maybe it wasn't right. She reciprocated his affections and begged for more, begged for kisses and hugs whenever they were alone and even when they weren't, sometimes.
Matteo felt that after being alone for so long it was a bit ridiculous to feel butterflies in his stomach when kissing a girl who doesn't know the difference between a watermelon and a melon. Still, when it came to her, nothing was ridiculous. Maybe he really liked her, after all, they often say that love is ridiculous.
-You lost your touch! - Vinnie appeared behind his brother, jumping when he came back to reality.
-Huh? What? - Theo asked.
-It's not just because you're facing the entrance that she's going to magically appear and run into your arms. - Vinnie laughed, playing with his brother roughly.
-She? Sorry?
-That's really bad.- He sighed, amidst malicious laughter. - Forget about the flu, or the virus or whatever. Your problem is different, boy. Has it been so long since you spent time with girls that you no longer know how to live with one? My condolences, little brother.
Matteo thought again about his brother's words, before the apocalyptic state "final phase" in which they found themselves, he was always surrounded by girls, unlike his brother. It was analogically impossible that he had lost the knack of approaching girls. The only detail is that with , things were different. Of course he didn't know how to deal with her, she was different and besides being different, she was strange.
He must make an effort to ignore his feelings at the moment. When they finally found a home, things would be different. They were still in danger, they could still all end up infected. Everyone could still die along the way. There was no time for highschool romances, far from it.
But as soon as she decided to go back to help her brother and friend, Luna ran out of the motel. The backpack she was carrying swayed with her. Amelie was following, well behind, not at all worried about walking fast. Luna, in turn, was in a hurry, she ran towards her almost boyfriend as if there was no tomorrow. She dropped her backpack on the floor and approached his neck as if she were going to kiss him again.
-Theo, you don't know...
-What?
-I think Amelie is sick again... - He whispered in her ear. Nervous. Theo, on the other hand, had his head in the clouds, he spent the whole day thinking about her but wanting to avoid her. She hugged her, and he even placed his hand on her shoulder.
-She wanted to stick one in me...-Luna pondered her words and didn't finish the sentence, thinking about what her friend had said and recommended. - Amelie said I can't talk about this with you... She said it's not manly talk and she also told me that men don't bleed and that... Oh, I wasn't supposed to say that...Uhhh
Even though he didn't understand anything she was trying to tell him, Matteo didn't laugh. He was too busy, he needed to enjoy Luna's touch. She had never jumped on his lap like that.
- Think fast, bro! - Theo reached out his hand quickly, grabbing the bag that Vinnie threw into his hands, forcing his brother to put Luna on the ground and continue helping him. The brunette sighed when her feet touched the floor again. She didn't understand Vincent, he was strange and kept interrupting the moments the two had together.
