I want to watch the world burn
I want them to feel the heat
The stakes are already piled high
It just needs the kindling underneathI'm strung up high over the furnace
Held in place with a noose tied only by me
But they gave me the ropes, they allowed me to choke
Wait nevermind, it's not them, it's yours trulyI climbed up the ladder with a smile on my face
The tears dripping down were just those of elate
But what did this mean when my sleeves started bleeding
And you just walked awayYou could've held me back
You could've put out my match
Instead you just stared as I continued to flare
Denial was all I was givenIt's getting smoky up here
I'm struggling to breathe, it's intense, you see
But I'm not depressed I'm just overtired
So stop it, you sneaky little liarContext: this is for the people in my life who either stood by the sidelines and just watched me suffer and spiral and also for those people who accused me of lying for attention etc
