Lillian (Lilly) Loomis is the twin sister of Billy Loomis.

Lilly goes to pull away but Stu tightens his grip on her before tossing Billy the voice box. Her eyes start to well up with tears as she sees the sadistic smile on his face.
Sidney runs into the kitchen where Billy cuts her off, pointing the gun at her. "What's the matter, Sidney? You look like you've seen a ghost." He smirks as he talks through the voice box and corners her against the counter.
"Why are you doing this?" Sidney asks.
Billy smirks, "It's all part of the game, Sidney." He brings the voice box up to his mouth again, "It's called, 'Guess How I'm Gonna Die'!"
"Fuck you!" Sidney shouts at him.
Stu pushes Lilly next to her as he grabs the knife. "No, no, no. We already played that game, remember?" Billy says as Stu hands him the knife before taking the gun. "You lost." He walks over to the girls who shrink away from him.
"It's a fun game, girls." Stu smiles, "See we ask a question, if you get it wrong-- Boo-Gah! You die." He points the gun at Lilly, making Sidney pull her closer.
Billy smirks at Lilly's confused face, "What's wrong, sis? Did you actually think you were gonna get out of this alive? I told you, you'd get what you deserve."
Lilly's eyes well up with tears as she looks at Stu with a hurt expression. Stu's demeanor slightly falters but his smile's intact as he plays along.
"You're crazy, both of you." Sidney says.
Stu walks up behind Billy and leans on his shoulder, "Actually, we prefer the term 'psychotic'." He smiles.
"You'll never get away with this," Sidney says as she steps in front of Lilly.
