Stasia

I can't even walk in a straight line, well the fact I can't see straight either probably isn't helping matters.

After I finished spewing my guts up and Vlad got to work depositing Irvin into his bed to make it look as if he was 'sleeping it off' he got to work removing the tracker from my wrist with Irvin's phone then he escorted me back to my room where he told me to get dressed and wait till he returns.

So that's exactly what I did. well I attempted to do as I staggered around my bedroom falling into my bedside dresser at least twice as I tried to tug on my leggings.

Truth be told I do not feel good at all, getting black out drunk was never my intention tonight and it definitely wasn't part of the plan to get us all out of here either. I have pushed way past my limits in alcohol consumption tonight and despite the need to be completely focused right now I cannot manage that in the slightest.

Yep no this is not good, this is not fucking good at all.

Even splashing cold water over my face does absolutely nothing to help me just making the room spin around me even more and the dire need I have to crawl into my bed is astounding yet somehow I manage to force myself not to knowing that's an even worse idea right now.

When there's a knock at my bedroom door my heart quite literally catapults into my throat and my very illogical brain seems to think the best solution to protect myself should it be Irvin at my door is to grab my curling wand.

Even as I grab it I know it's a horrendous idea, a lot of fucking damage it would do and frankly I realise that if Irvin was to have woken up I'm sure he wouldn't be knocking on my door right now.

As I open the door and Vlad's eyes fall on the curling wand in my hand his brows furrow together probably realising that I am in fact a massive liability right now. His best bet would have been to knock me out too and make his grand escape with Marianna but yay for me I guess because he didn't.

"Are you going to be capable of walking?" he deadpans absolutely no humour in his tone at all but instead of taking this seriously like I should I laugh.

Not on purpose, more of a oh fuck nervous sort of laugh but it still happens and from the way he scowls at me I know that he is not impressed so I attempt to pull myself together enough to nod.

Because yes I am definitely capable of walking.

Can I walk well?

Absolutely not but I will to get out of this fucking place even if I have to crawl to achieve it.

It's only then that I spot Marianna tucked up close behind him with absolute fright in her eyes and she holds a sleeping Natalia in her arm and it sobers me slightly. Not enough to stop there from being two of them but it definitely makes the prospect of me making it out of here a tad bit more convincing.

Seeming very unconvinced and probably contemplating leaving me behind Vlad sighs and then nods.

"Let's go" he grunts taking Marianna's free hand in his. "Stay with me, following me lead and do not make a fucking sound" he then orders as he starts to lead her down the currently empty hallway leaving me to stagger along behind them like a fucking newborn baby giraffe.
