"FLASHFIRE FIST!" The Flame-Hero roared, and like some raging flaming tsunami, Endeavor appeared from behind the dense rubble, rocketing up towards the Phantom Stranger like a missile, throwing off an unbearable heat. The Pro-Hero's eyes were filled with a new intoxicating conviction. He would not be knocked down so easily once again...

The Phantom Stranger had turned away from his search for only a moment to deal with the irritating bug that was Ingenium. Endeavor chose that opportunity to mount his final assault, and he was going to go all out in order to put an end to this new mystery Villain, once and for all. Defeating such a strong Villain was sure to boost his standing in the Hero rankings, though he doubted it would even come close to superseding his rival. It never seemed to work out in his favour.

And yet, Endeavor's resolve had only doubled, and so too had his Hellfire. The swirling vortex of flames around the Pro-hero grew far more insatiable, licking and snarling like starved hounds, hungry for their next victim. His face was little more than vague silhouettes within the blazing hellscape, screaming out in rage, determined to end this Villain's rampage...

He had reached his peak temperature, unable to go any higher now, and it was clear from standing anywhere close to the Pro-Hero. It felt like the insides of a volcano, and his flames brightened up the entire neighbourhood. Sparks and flares rained down all around them, the fallout from such a powerful attack. It was surely a spectacle, the news would run with footage of the fight for weeks on end, that was a certainty.

The Phantom Stranger held out a hand in an attempt to block the attack, but this time it felt completely different. Unlike when he easily deflected the Jet Burn from before, Endeavor's fist was not so easily blocked, and the raw power emanating off the Pro-Hero's body was contagious. This was not an attack he could just so easily nullify. This was not just another one of the Pro-Hero's attacks, this was his signature move, one of his strongest! It had a large reputation to uphold.

Had any person come up against such frightening might, they too would have struggled in the face of overbearing force.

Endeavor shattered into the Villain's multiple fields of resistance, a blazing onslaught of fury.

"Fine..." He dug his knuckles into the electromagnetic field, feeling the electric shocks biting at his skin, but it felt almost inconsequential at that point, wholly unimportant at such a climatic finish. The Phantom Stranger's defences kicked into overdrive. Endeavor stormed against the gravitational pull weighing down against him, and broke straight through the repelling electromagnetic force...

Neither could fully resist the sheer might of his raw fiery wrath. Endeavor bit his teeth together and kept going, burning brighter than ever before, a star encased within human flesh. Had a person watched the scene from a far enough distance, it would have appeared as if a literal supernova was erupting before their very eyes.

An enormous explosion tore through the ruined police precinct's tall roof, and out the other end soared both Endeavor and the Phantom Stranger. Each punch propelled the Villain back, despite his attempts to negate most of the damage. Not even his gravity manipulation would keep him tethered long enough for him to recover...

Each of Endeavor's strikes collided with the strength of earthquakes, crashing and beating against the Villain almost impenetrable defence. "I'll remove the battlefield altogether!" He roared his war cry, his eyes wide and awake.

They were quickly growing more and more distant, like fireworks dancing in the vast canvas of night.

However, it couldn't have been less tranquil.
