A few weeks later I was doing great with my recovery and now could do a steady jog without any pain which is good, me and Katie are still strong and everything is going great! Katie is taking me to another session today as it's normally me and less but she's going out with kyra, she hasn't seen my progress yet so I wanted to surprise her we both arrived at the session and I walked in normally as I'm off crutches and I no longer have a brace, I have a ankle support . She looked at me confused 'y/n ? Where is your brace and crutches and since when could you walk?!' She said exited 'since a few weeks ago I can also do a light jog.' I said smiling she hugged me and we both went inside I did a little bit of weights and pressure today , and I went home and had a shower. Skip a few weeks later. I am back training with the girls but I can't play matches for another 2-3 weeks today was my first training with the squad since what happened and I was quite nervous but it started off well and finally we had a mini 4v4 tournament to finish of the night, my team was me, Katie, Beth and viv, and we was playing Leah, less, Vic and Kyra. The match started well and it was fun until Leah suddenly leah tried to boot the ball but ended up kicking my ankle instead of the ball. I screamed out in pain 'AHHH FUCK!' 'Oh gosh I'm so sorry y/n! She said helping me up 'ay u ok y/n?' Katie said worried holding me around my waist. 'Yeah,yeah I'm fine let's carry on' that was a lie it kills I carried on playing and said I'm going to the toilet. I walked off limping with a tear rolling down my face I went to the toilets and cried for a while ' I'm gonna go check on her.' Katie said panicked she walked in the bathroom and saw me crying 'oh baby come here what's up?' She said gently holding me close ' I'm fine , I uh just stubbed my toe on the way to the toilet' I lied. She looked at me suspiciously 'you sure y/n?' Yeah fine I jumped up and started jogging back out like nothing was up but it was killing me . We were all about to get in the car home but I just put my earphones in listening t some music and jogged home , I wanted to try run off the pain but the further I ran the more it started to throb by the time I got home it was all swollen and I could tell even with my socks on I put some joggers on as I didn't want anyone to see and headed straight up to bed not speaking to anyone or eating anything I was up watching my phone when Katie walked in 'y/n baby are you alright ?' I pretended to be asleep when less walked in , 'is she asleep ?' She asked Katie , 'yeah come on let's have a little fun while she's asleep!' I rolled over confused to what they meant by 'fun' and I sneakily followed them downstairs. What I saw broke my heart, my best mate and girlfriend making out in the sofa . I looked at them for a second to process what just happened and I packed my stuff as fast as I could and sprinted for the door. Katie jumps up 'Y/n darling where are you going?' 'Fuck off Katie I saw what you did, what the fuck is wrong with you you know how it feels to be cheated on. How could you after everything I've done for you how I've been there for you wow I expected better.' 'No no no please y/n wait it was a mistake!?' 'Sure did look like one, and you aswell less I've been your best friend since college and all you do is stab me in my back just as things were getting back to normal!' I sob running away less and Katie just stood there ashamed. I ran to the local park and on the way I stopped by a shop to buy some vodka, I went to the park bench and drank the whole bottle, and fell asleep on the bench. The next day was training and I didn't show up. POV TRAINING Jonas: where is Y/n does anyone know? Everyone looked at less and Katie as they live with her. Leah: do you two know? Leah asked looking confused. Katie: I uhh umm Leah: Katie what did you do? Katie: I cheated on her last night and she um ran away I haven't seen her since Beth: Katie what the fuck is your problem! Katie: I didn't mean too.' she says crying a little Leah runs out the door 'less do u want to come and find her with me as your her best mate?' 'I umm no thanks...' Everone looks confused 'Why babe?' Kyra asked confused 'because I was the one who Katie cheated on her with..' Kyra looked shocked and ran out the door . Leah stopped her and hugged her tight . 'That's fucked up two Y/n loved you both a lot, and less you had a girlfriend as well for fuck sake !' Jonas stormed out the room Everone went silent and Leah left Kyra with Steph and went out to look for me A FEW HOURS LATER. Leah walks around the park and sees me asleep on the bench with the empty vodka bottle next to me . 'Oh y/n..' she whispers as she strokes my hair gently I wake up 'shh it ok she says pulling me into a hug , I break down in her arms ' I can't do it anymore Leah first my dad then my ankle now my girlfriend and best friend I have no point to live anymore!' 'Hey don't say that you have many amazing friends like me and the girls I will always be there for you let's go get your things and you can move in with me and Kyra and Steph, Kyra is in the same situation as you right now as she was also dating less. So you can speak to her if that makes things a little better.' She holds my hand and I grab my black bags full of my stuff 'what's that?' She asks 'my stuff' I reply quietly she smiles and takes me to her car. I arrive at their house and walk into the living room with Leah . I saw Kyra cuddled in a ball crying and I walk over to her and cuddle up with her . 3 WEEKS LATER It is my first game back this weekend and I still haven't spoken to less or Katie, me and Kyra have become good friends as with Leah we are now best mates, she has helped me a lot recently with my mental and physical health and I love her for that. We are sat in the changing rooms and Jonas goes through the staring 11 I was on the beach to start which was expected but it was 0-0 and in the 67th minute Jonas told me to go over to him 'Y/n your going on at Rw, take it easy don't push yourself if you are in pain come off' I smile 'thanks Jonas will do!' I run on the pitch and kiss my wrist where I have my dad's name on a wristband. In the 78th minute Beth whipped a good cross in and it deflects out to me on the edge of the box I hit a sweet half volley into the top left corner and run to the corner flag kissing my dads name and pointing to the sky. Leah runs over to me and grabs my wrist and also kisses my dad's name this made me so happy I just hugged her and went back into position. 88th minute the score stands at 1-0 and Katie fouls someone in the box . City had a penalty, as expected Chloe Kelly scores from the spot equaling the score. 2 minutes of added time and I get the ball on the half way line Ellie robbuck is off her line and the chance opens up . I smash one as hard as I can and it flys over Ellie and drops in the net . I stood there in disbelief for a minute trying to process what the fuck happened. The crowd erupts I take my shirt off and swing it around in the air running around the pitch. I put my shirt back on and get a yellow card, the game ends 2-1 Arsenal Later that evening I post this on social media
