High School Drama [SONADOW]

Chapter 4 - Get Together

The last bell has rung and school was over. Sonic and Silver tidied up their desks and head to their lockers to put some books away. Sonic's locker was at the top row while Silver's was at the bottom row, a little far from Sonic's.

"Oh man..." Sonic sighed and closed the metal door of his locker. "I'm so nervous."

"It's gonna be fine." Silver smugged. He closed his locker and stood up. "You said you don't want to get close, right? So just stay with the cheer members."

"But wouldn't it be rude for me not to interact with the home owner? And he's our upperclassman too, I feel like it's gonna be very rude..."

"If he doesn't talk to you then don't talk! Duh!" The albino rolled his eyes.

"Tch, you have it easy because you don't have a crush with anyone." Sonic pouted and folded his arms. "It's not fair."

"Oh shut up, let's just go already." Silver took his hand and lead him out of the school.

They made it to the front gate of the school where the other members were waiting. They waited for another few minutes for the others to meet them before they finally leave. Most of the basketball members drove to school, so the cheer members were free to ride on any car with them.

Sonic and Silver were in Fleetway's car which Scourge was also in. The cheer captain just couldn't trust the others to take the freshmen with them just yet.

"Hey, are you two nervous?" Scourge looked back because he was sitting on the passenger seat.

"No..." Sonic cracked a smile.

"Not at all!" Silver cheered.

"Don't be nervous, okay? It's gonna be alright and you'll have fun with us." Scourge smiled and sat straight on his seat, "if anyone does something weird to you just tell me."

"Okay!" Silver was the only one who answered.

"Alright, we're here." After a few minutes on the road, Fleetway announced their stop. The other cars also pulled in on the driveway.

Sonic and Silver both had their jaws open when they saw the large old-money style two-story mansion.

"They live in a house this big?!" Sonic questioned in disbelief.

(A/N: when I said this story is cliché, I really mean it lol but I love it if it's my ship 😔)

"Their parents are real estate CEOs, so yeah this is the type of house they live in." Fleetway chuckled while unbuckling his seatbelt. "Despite their unhinged behavior yesterday, they're just lonely siblings who likes to have fun. They're genuinely nice guys so don't be too nervous." He stated.

"Come on, everyone's out of their car already." Scourge said as he got out of the vehicle.

The group gathered at the porch, waiting for either Shadow or Mephiles to open the door. Once they were in, they were taken to the backyard through the large living room.

"Ah yes, that's the smell of rich kid's air alright." Infinite said after taking a huge sniff.

"Are your parents here?" Mighty asked.

"They're working late at their office, heck they even stayed there." Shadow answered while opening the sliding glass door. "They'll let us do anything we want anyway so go crazy, but no drowning this time!" He warned.

"Mephiles was the one pulling my feet last time we were swimming!" Espio complained, but Mephiles pretended he didn't hear him by averting his eyes away and walked to another direction.

Whatever Sonic was expecting, the hang out actually wasn't so bad. Some of the cheer members went swimming with the basketball team, some were actually playing basketball on the outdoor court just by the swimming pool, and some just lounged on the pool chair while drinking cold canned juice or soda.
