Welcome back, everyone! It seems our author just can't resist the allure of this story, huh? So much so that they're neglecting their other works, especially "Can I Have a Normal Life". Come on, author, balance is key! But enough about that, let's dive back into our tale.
The day started with a bang, quite literally, as a piece of chalk whizzed past my head. We were outside, preparing to spar in a small circle. Sensei Giro gathered us all and instructed us to pair up for sparring matches. The names of the pairs would be randomly chosen for the fights.
I moved closer to Hanabi, as we had already decided to be each other's sparring partners. However, a random side character, who I thought was named Kai, walked over to her and stood next to her while his friend watched.
I approached him and said, "Hey, um, Kai, Hanabi and I were going to be partners... sorry, find someone else!"
"Who's Kai? I'm not Kai, I'm Yaru! And for your information, THE Hyuga already chose me!! So back off," he retorted.
I found that hard to believe since he hadn't even spoken to her until now. "I find that hard to believe since... you haven't even talked to her until now... dumbass," I replied.
"Who the FUCK are you calling a dumbass!" he shouted back.
Just then, Goro walked over and paired me with his friend, who was actually Kai. I still didn't understand why we were sitting together, but I didn't really care.
When it came time for Yaru and Hanabi's fight, it was a complete violation. Hanabi smoked him. Here's what happened:
Yaru walked into the ring and they performed the seal of reconciliation. Yaru attacked her with a running punch, but Hanabi dodged and hit him with her Jouken, pushing him, causing him to fall to the ground and get out. It was easy and effective.
Next up was my fight.
(3rd person POV)
Kai kicked at Y/n, but he leaned back, dodging. Then Y/n went for a sweep attack, but Kai jumped. Kai started jabbing, but Y/n weaved and countered with a high kick, then tripped him. He kicked him out, winning the match.
After that, everyone returned to the class and it was lunchtime, so everyone left except for Y/n and Hanabi.

Hanabi pulled out a bento and started eating while I relaxed and was about to play with a kunai.
"After school..." Hanabi started.
"Huh?" I responded.
"After school, we will walk to the clan compound," she clarified.
"Okay then, I'll go. I got nothing planned. Oh wait, I do! I'm going to get a monkey and fish, I forgot about that," I remembered.
"Then I will go with you," Hanabi said, turning to me with a slight glare.
"Okay, cool. I guess that's settled then," I replied.
She turned back to her food while I pulled out my kunai and started twirling it. The rest of the school day flew by. Little did I know, the adventures that awaited us after school were just beginning.
