jacki grabbed the lint roller from her bag and started cleaning off her suit; as she was working on making her suit look nice, she heard a wolf whistle. assuming it would be buck, jacki was ready to throw the roller at his head just to find hen and chimney instead.

"hey" jacki answered

"what's with the suit?" hen asked, striding over

"my sister is having her homecoming this weekend, and i was suppose to just come see her off and hang with my parents for the rest of the weekend....but she ended up putting me as last minute chaperone and of course the school loved that i'm a firefighter to be there"

"and you brought your suit here?" chim asked

jacki looked back at her suit and back at hen and chimney before saying: "well, i had a lint roller here..."

hen smiled softly before walking over and helping jacki with getting her suit clean. jacki thanked hen with the help before an obnoxious sound entered the room.

"woah, who's the suit for?" buck asked

"me, i'm killing myself" jacki answered in a annoyed tone

buck gives her a small glare before chimney gives him the rundown. it was now jacki's turn to give chimney a glare look, before telling him that buck doesn't need to know. buck smiled before asking what dress madison ended up choosing.

hen and chim looked at one another and then back and buck and jacki

"the second option, the lilac satin dress with the ribbons on the back straps" jacki answered

"i told you it was a good option"

"shut up"

"how does he know about your sister's dress choices?" chimney asked

jacki lets out an annoyed sigh before grabbing her suit and zipping it backup in its bag and putting it away along with the lint roller. she shares she'll finish up cleaning her suit later before walking out of the locker room, just for her phone to ring.

"madison?"

"no, it's your mom" jessica hernandez, everyone

"oh! hey! sorry, madison's just been calling me a lot lately, which i don't mind" jacki replied

"i was just asking to make sure if you were truly coming this weekend"

"i am, i already cleared it with my captain, and i'm now chaperoning so..."

"how is it over there? you guys are on the news a lot, especially that firefighter.....evan buckley?"

"yeah but we all call him buck...." jacki replied slowly
