My twin sister went missing a month ago and I am finally stepping out of my room.

"You're finally out of your room " my dad pointed out. Gee thanks captain obvious.

"Mhm yeah. I'm going to school see ya" I mumbled

"Bye Erica" my mom said as I closed the front door. I walked to my school which only took ten minutes. I walked in to see my best friend Richie. His eyes lit up when he saw me and he ran towards me and hugged me. I hugged him back and for the first time in a month I smiled.

"Erica!! I am so glad you are here" he said squeezing me.

"Rich-Your-Squeezing" I said

"Sorry shit head" he said kissing my cheek.

"I missed ya to I guess" I shrugged my shoulders with a smirk on my face.

"Erica!" Eddie yelled and hugged me

"What's up Eddie" I said hugging him back. Soon bill and Stanley jogged up to us. They both engulfed me in Hugs.

"So you finally show up on the last day huh" Stanley joked.

"Yep" I smiled

"Well we are g-g-glad your b-back" bill smiled, I smiled back. We both knew what it was like to lose a sibling.

"Thanks" I smiled. We all walked into school and went our separate ways. I walked into my first class which was history. As the day went on it was soon the last class of the day, well of the school year! Summer was only a few minutes away! As the final bell of 7th grade rang all the students flooded out the classroom.

"Erica!" I heard a voice call from behind me. I turned to see Stanley.

"What's up Stan?" I asked

"Well since schools over and stuff I was wondering if I could take you out?" He said rubbing the back of his neck

"Yea Stan, I'd like that a lot" I said with a smiled plastered on my face. We held hands and pushed pasted people to find our friends. Jeez they probably will tease us but I don't mind.
