Whiskey Peak, Two Days later after the fall of all resistance in Whiskey Peak.
All resistance in Whiskey Peak was culled in these two days. In these two days, they destroyed all useless facilities in the Island and built a Wall to surround the Island, transforming it into a fortress. The Forces were split into three parts, one that will head to Loguetown to secure it, one that will protect Whiskey Peak, and one that is split into teams to scout ahead and secure the surrounding uninhabited islands for more space for the ships to fit in.
Meanwhile, in the Mayor's house now the Headquarters of Whiskey Peak, the Council has once again united. This time, Major General Gervais, who adorns a black beret and black heavy kevlar vest to fit with the standardized white shirt and white cargo pants, is attending the meeting.
"I hereby begin the council." Yhwach announces as he looks at his fellow comrades."Alain, give us the full report."
Alain stands up as he speaks with no emotion."Our Forces are now stabilized and split perfectly in order to cover more ground, as long as we don't encounter any setbacks, we are to set things precisely."
As he takes a deep breath, he starts once again."A force of 23,000 Soldiers have been sent to deal with both the twin Cape Lighthouse and Loguetown, next we have the force currently residing in Whiskey Peak, which amounts to 270,000 Soldiers and artisans. Lastly our expedition forces are split into five Battalions with each possessing around 21,400 Soldiers, they are en route to take the islands surrounding Whiskey Peak and build a suitable base for our ships to reside in, and some training areas that we can take advantage of once the system awakens."
"What of the two guests?" Berengar asks with a hint of concern.
"They are currently receiving the best possible treatment we can sustain them with, I, Arat, and Berengar made the time to visit the Guests and introduce ourselves and our purpose to them." Alain replies as he gives a light smile."Although the Princess Vivi is currently asking about you, your Majesty."
Yhwach only smiled."I wish to visit the Princess and Igaram, they both seem trustworthy to have, for that I will be the one to inform them of the situation today after the council is adjourned."
"I see, that removes a concern from our head your Majesty." Berengar expresses with a smile.
"What about the food situation?" Yhwach asks with an interest as he voices his concern.
Andre was the one to stand this time."It has been secured for the moment, we are raising farms in the empty areas of Whiskey Peak, and in all Barracks facilities, small farming gardens are being installed to be able to sustain food anywhere to anyone within the boundaries of the Island."
"Marvelous!" Yhwach claps his hands in delight."Although our levels have been reduced to a minimum of Level 150 and above, this enough is able to topple the world into chaos for even order, stability, and protection for their own lives. That is the first stage gentlemen: The people around the world, once word is spread to other survivors, they will come to us in order to live the same life they used to live before the Apocalypse, they will want to become normal again, it is only the normal reaction of humans. As long as they live a comfortable life, they will want to do everything to regain it."
"And with that.." Alain thinks profusely."They will be forced to work for us for protection right?"
"Yes, this is the system I implemented 29 Years ago when the Paris Commune was still in it's stepping stones; I used this system to to increase our power and production in Agility, strength, and productivity." Yhwach lays back in proudness."And because of that, we became the strongest hotspot for Potions and equipment alike, hence the industry we made from those accepting to work for us."
