An airship preparing to land at Air Temple Island.

The air Acolytes pull the airship in with ropes everyone walks out of the temple all stand together, as the airship lands.

The doors slide open and Asami is seen standing just inside the vehicle.

"Did someone order a fully equipped Future Industries airship?" She leans against the airship wall looking down at us.

Loading the stairs down allowing anyone on board.

"It's perfect! Thanks Asami." Asami walks down the stairs standing on the end of the steps.

"I figured if we're going to Ba Sing Se to search for airbenders, we should do it in style."

"Yay, airship!"

"I wanna see!"

Meelo and Ikki air scooter up the ramp of the airship.

"While you guys are gone, Pema and I will hold down the fort." Aunt Kya picks up Rohan and bounces him gently up and down.

"Who's excited to spend some time with your Auntie Kya?" She coos at him before Rohan vomits on Kya's chest.

"Aw, he likes you." Pema tells Aunt Kya as she water bends the vomit off of herself.

"At least you'll have fun without baby throwing up at you." Aunt Kya whispers over to me as I shake my head.

"It's better to spend time for family but also to rebuild the air nation." She softly smiles at me ruffling my hair.

"You truly are your grandfather's granddaughter. He'll be proud to see you and your cousins helping to e-build the air nation."

Mako walks up the temple stairs walking past the airship. As Korra quickly runs up to him.

"Mako, I'm so glad you're here."

Mako suddenly becomes self-conscious "Of course, Korra. Avatar. Avatar Korra." He stands up very straight, begins to speak in a very professional tone. 

"Once I received your message, I proceeded to contact various locations within the Earth Kingdom as ordered by you, the Avatar."

"Right, the Avatar thanks you for your loyal service. Did you find any more leads?" Korra raises her brow saying sarcastically.

"What is your boyfriend doing?" Aunt Pema curiously asked as I shook my head crossing my arms.

"Trying to be professional in front of his ex. I'll talk to him in a bit."

"There are reports of airbenders popping up all over the Earth Kingdom. I marked the villages on this map. You guys can take it with you." He takes off the map slung over his shoulder about to walk off as Korra takes a step towards him.

"Actually, I was kind of hoping you could come, too." Korra spoke up a bit hopeful.

"Really? Uh, it's probably better if I sit this one out." Mako shakes his head ready to depart from the temple.

"I know things have been weird between us since we broke up, but you're a part of Team Avatar, and we can't do this without you." Korra grips the map in her hands.

"I'm sorry, I can't." Mako glance down at the ground before walking off. "You should talk to him." Aunt Kya and Pema pushed me forward winking and smiling at me. 

"Alright."

Walking past my younger cousins complaining to their father about being unable to join the trip.

Standing at the end of the arch witnessing Bolin speaking to his brother at the end of the dock.

Guess I'm not the only one trying to convince him to come along on the trip.

"A life? You sleep under your desk. And what's a more important job than helping the Avatar rebuild an entire civilization?" Bolin fries back at Mako.

"It's not just that. I feel like I've been drifting apart from everyone...except for y/n." He turns away looking at the city.

"Well, drift back, we need you! C'mon Mako, we're going to Ba Sing Se, where Dad grew up. What if I meet our grandma for the very first time, and she asks me."

He clears his throat "Where's your sweet brother?" and I have to say "I'm sorry, Grandma, he had some really important police paperwork to file" and she starts to cry those grandma tears, and is like  "Mako! Why? Why? I can't go on, I ca--" and then she dies." He Imitates his grandmother's voice clinging to his brother's shoulder.

"Okay, all right, I'll come with you. I guess I gotta call Beifong. She's not going to be happy." He pushed his brother off as I let out a small chuckle.

"Y/n! H-how much did y-you hear?!" He becomes flustered rumbling a bit.

"Long enough but I'm glad your joining. You'll drift back to the group."

"You sure?"

"Of course bro! Just watch!" Bolin hits Mako's back walking back up to the temple.

Entering the airship walking through the metal hallway entering the common room. The rest of the team left to the end of the room waving.

Aunt Kya, Aunt Pema, Ikki, and Meelo all waved at us departing from the temple grounds.

"Bye! We'll miss you!" Meelo exclaims waving at us.

Bumi, Asami, Korra, Tenzin, Jinora, Bolin, and Mako wave back through the green-tinted glass window of the airship. 

On deck, Naga puts her head over the railing and allows her tongue to hang out, as she feels the wind on her face.

Oogi comes up next to her and does the same.

The group sit around a table with the map in the center of them.

"As of now, these are the towns where we've gotten reports about airbenders. It looks like we can hit up most of them before we get to Ba Sing Se."

"We're going to bring the Air Nation back from the brink of extinction after nearly two hundred years."

"And it's all because of you, Korra." Tenzin looks over at Korra flashing her a smile.

"So, you tried to kidnap a father from his family? Did I get it right?" I playfully teased sitting next to Uncle Tenzin poking his side.

"It wasn't kidnapping! I just tried to convince him to join us." He lets out a heavy sigh as I look over the earth kingdom map.

"If you can't convince one it's alright. There's still plenty other new airbenders willing to join."

I pointed out to the group trying to keep their spirits up.

"Y/n's right. We still have plenty of leads that might be willing to re-build the air nation." Korra smiled back at you reading the map.

I walk over to the airships end with large, tinted windows with the view of lands we're passing by.

"Trying to stay positive huh?" I felt a hand on my shoulder as I glanced over to see Mako smiling at me.

"Well, somebody has to keep their spirits up." I remind him watching the clouds pass by us.

"That's why I love you."
