I introduced her to my colleagues and she seemed happy to meet new people and interact with them.

"You got some really cool colleagues... I love their sense of humour." Roshni spoke like a excited toddler.

"You haven't met half of them yet... Wait till you meet them." I winked.

"I need more wine." She said and started to rise from her table.

"You be seated, I'll get you some wine." I pushed her shoulder downwards to make her sit back on the chair.

I headed to the bar counter and got into conversation with my assistant.

"I got a call from them few minutes ago, they want to sign the deal tomorrow for some reasons." She said sipping her Mocktail.

"All of a sudden they wanna sign the deal tomorrow. That's quite strange." I made a investigating look.

"They are not telling me the reason, I think you should meet them and ask them what's the matter and make a decision accordingly." She suggested.

"Right, I'll get back to this after party." I said and left.

"Here you go Ma'am." I placed the glass on the table and bowed to her.

She laughed and hit on my shoulder.

Sipping the wine she raised her eyebrows, curled her lips and asked, "Have you notice something?"

"Noticed what?" I asked in confusing state.

"I have a strong feeling that your assistant has a crush on you." She said and I did my regular laugh while looking down.

"I know." I tilted my glass and shrugged my right shoulder.

"Ouuuu." She nodded her head and gulped.

Then again she asked, "So planning to do something about it?"

"As in?"

"I mean she is beautiful, hardworking and maybe your type so planning to do anything with her after you know we part our ways." She raised her left eyebrow with a slight smirk.

"Yeah I kind of had that in my mind. I think I might approach her if she stays single by that time." I thought of playing with her.

"Why don't you approach her now?" She asked with annoyance clearly visible in her eyes now.

"Because we both don't have any idea how long we have to pretend about this marriage so I don't want to waste some girl's time and wait for me without any gurantee that I will marry her one day." I was telling the truth. I would have hated myself a lot and that's why I always avoided everytime my assistant tried to get my attention. I don't wanna give any false hope.
