"Your daughter is colorblind, Mr. Alcanatara."

Silence filled the clinic. Mrs. Alcanatara started sobbing while her husband was comforting her.

"H-how is that possible?! What is this, a medical scam?!"

"Your child is healthy, Mr. Alcantara. The eyesight of the infant in a woman's womb isn't observed that much. My deepest apologies."

Mr. Alcantara was still comforting his wife when the doctor spoke again.

"Well, on the bright side, Mr. Alcantara, at least your daughter isn't blind. A colorblind person can be healed too, but it takes a long time."

"We hope for that healing to come soon. We want our daughter to appreciate the colours around her."

The couple left the clinic. And was picked up by their driver immediately at the hospital entrance.

Mr. Alcanatara was speechless. His world was suddenly depressed.

"Y/N, just answer the damn question. What colour is this apple?! The teacher yelled at Y/N.

"I-I don't know po.."

"Dang it! Ang bobo talaga ng kabataan ngayon! Lalo ka na, Y/N!"

Everyone started laughing while Y/N was there standing. Her eyes were about to release its tears.

"A-ano?" Mrs. Alcantara was stunned to speak.

"How dare her!

Mrs. Alcanatara spoke. She had enough of Ms. Ramirez's insults.

"Nako! Dahilan dito, dahilan doon. There's no more colorblind people here sa mundo!"

If you were my daughter's biological mother, maiintindihan mo ang sitwasyon."

"Now, now, Mr. Alcantara.

"I want you to fire that teacher, Mr. Principal. Isn't that considered VAWC, too?"

Ms. Ramirez's eyes were suddenly filled with fear. "M-Mr.

"Sorry, but you should've thought about that before saying those words to the poor child. Ms. Chloe G. Ramirez, you are fired."

Ms. Ramirez sobbed as she left the office. "Thank you so much for the immediate action, Mr. Principal. As a reward, here's P50,000. Enjoy the money."

"Mr. Alcantara, please, I only did my job to serve and make this school a better place for children like Y/N. I can't accept that big amount of money."

"Me and my wife insist. You deserve it for your honest service."

The principal nodded with tears of joy. He happily accepted the money and escorted the family out of the school.

"So yeah, ganun talaga ka-hirap ang buhay ko."

Did she go to jail after getting fired??"

"Wala na kaming nabalitaan about her.

"Ahh, well deserve! You know what? How about mag ice cream tayo?"

"Sure!

Felicia nodded. And they went and got ice cream for themselves
