"Sama kayo sa outing next week?" Tanong sa amin ni ate Jho.
"Saan ba venue?"
"Boracay sana, if okay lang sa inyo."
Lahat kami tumango, biglang napasigaw si ate Aiah.
"Ackkk! BEACH!!!" Lahat kami napatingin sa kaniya.
"Luh, dumali si OA."
"First time mo yata mag beach, Aiah?" Lahat kami nagtawanan, maliban sakin.
"Sheena, bakit parang naging nonchalant ka na din?"
"Hmm?" Napalingon ako kay Maloi. Lahat sila nakatingin sa akin, shux.
"Parang ayaw mo naman lumangoy!" Pang-aasar sa akin ni Stacey.
"Hoy! Hindi a! Langoy na langoy na ako! Gusto ko na pumunta sa islang pantropiko."
"Ahh, akala namin ayaw mo because of your mood." Dagdag ni Mikha
"What happened, ba?" Tanong sa akin ni Gwen, sabay hawak sa balikat ko.
"I just miss my mommy." Everyone said "Aww" in unison.
"For sure proud siya sa'yo, Shee. We're here for you, okay? Wag na sad." Ate Jho's really good in comforting us.
Nag-group hug kaming lahat. Pero, to be honest, hindi ko pa din maiwasang isipin kung kanino ba ako nangungulila. Everyone is here by my side, pero bakit parang may kulang pa din?
Y/N's POV:
"Isn't that the iconic colorblind girl?" Narinig ko nanaman ang boses ng enemy ko. Hayst, it's none other than Gabrielle.
"Gab, sabihin mo nga sa akin. May gusto ka ba sa best friend ko? Ayaw mo kasi siya tigilan sa pang-aasar mo e." Felicia defended me.
"Bakit ka ba nangingialam dito, Felicia? Ikaw ba sinasabihan ko? Get lost, girl!"
"Why would I get lost when I can see with my own eyes, Gabrielle?" Grabe! Ang savage talaga ng best friend ko.
"Shush your mouth, Felicia. And you, colorblind girl. Just a little reminder na kahit kailan, you'll never get to appreciate the things around you. Even Felicia, hindi mo nga alam tunay na kulay ng pagkatao niya e!"
"W-what are you talking about?" I stuttered.
"Ohh, so hindi pa pala alam ni Y/N ang ginawa mong kawalang-hiyaan, Felicia?"
"Gabrielle, please.."
"Why you 'best friend' here, siya lang naman ang dahilan kung bakit nakipag-break sa'yo si Dale. She used your phone to chat with Dale and said awful things to him para lumabas na ayaw mo talaga sa kaniya. Hindi ba, Felicia?"
Lalo lang ata lumala ang lungkot at sama ng pakiramdam ko. Natahimik ako, at napatingin kay Felicia.
"H-how dare you?!"
"Y/N, please let me explain my side!"
"You have nothing else to explain, Felicia! Maliban nalang sa tanong ko na bakit... Bakit mo ito nagawa sa akin? Didn't you promise me na wala kang gagawing hakbang upang saktan ang nararamdaman ko?"
"I'm so sorry, Y/N.. please patawarin mo ako."
"How did you even manage to get my phone?! At paano mo na convince si Dale na magkaroon ng relationship with you when hindi niya ako kayang ipagpalit sa kahit sino man na kaibigan ko?!"
"Y/N..."
"Layuan mo na ako, Felicia. Bago ko makalimutan, salamat sa pa-ice cream mo. Hindi naman talaga masarap ang binilhan natin. Fuck you."
Y/N left the scene, and Felicia and Gabrielle were left.
"And that's what a cheater friend gets. Bye-bye, Felicia!" Gabrielle waved goodbye. Felicia started sobbing, regretting what she did to
Y/N.
"My love, why are you crying again?" Y/N's mother followed her towards her room.
"Ma, it's Felicia. Felicia's the reason kung bakit nakipaghiwalay sa akin si Dale. I fucking hate her! Why is no one good to me? Is it because of me being colorblind, Ma?"
"Love, don't blame yourself. Kahit kailan hindi natin ginusto na maging ganyan ang sitwasyon mo."
"Ma, I don't want to love again. Ever again."
"If that's what you wish, love. Rest muna, let your heart heal from the wounds."
I continued sobbing, pagod na ako. Pagod na pagod na. Sana hindi nalang ako pinanganak na ganito. Or better, hindi nalang ako nabuhay.
