Donghyuck's POV Right now, I'm rushing to the hospital room where my wife, YN, is being treated. We had a terrible fight a few hours ago, and she left the house upset. I said some truly awful things to her, using her biggest insecurities against her. I told her she was getting on my nerves by wanting to be close to me and criticized her for having so many panic attacks recently. I know I was beyond wrong to throw all that in her face. The guilt hit me even harder when I received a call saying she had been in an accident.
When I arrived at the hospital room, I saw YN lying on the bed with a nurse checking her over.
"Can you please tell me what happened to my wife... Please..." I asked, my voice trembling.
The nurse looked over at me sympathetically. "She was hit by a man on a motorcycle. She's doing well, but she did hit her head."
I could only nod as the nurse left the room. I sat next to YN, holding her hand, my heart heavy with regret and worry...
Yn's POV A persistent beeping sound pulled me from my sleep. Groggily, I opened my eyes to find myself in a hospital room. I had no memory of how or why I ended up here. Turning my head, I noticed a man sitting in a chair beside me, engrossed in my phone.
"Hello..." I greeted hesitantly.
He looked up and smiled, then began to stand and leaned in as if to kiss me. Instinctively, I recoiled, bewildered by his actions.
"What's going on, my love???" he asked, his expression mirroring my confusion.
"Who are you???" I inquired, completely at a loss.
His face fell. "It's me, love... Haechan... Donghyuck... Your Channie... your husband."
I stared at him, the words not registering. "I'm sorry, but I don't know you. We can't be married."
His expression turned to one of devastation as he urgently called for help. I could only sit there, feeling utterly lost and confused...
