Yn's POV As I sit in the cozy restaurant where Jisung first asked me to be with him, a wave of nostalgia washes over me. The ambiance is just as I remember—warm lighting and soft music playing in the background. Today marks our first anniversary, and the cake in front of me, adorned with delicate decorations, feels like a sweet reminder of the journey we've shared together.

I'm watching people come and go, glancing at the clock that reads almost 9 PM. Jisung said he would meet me here at 4, and the minutes have dragged on without a word from him. One of the waitresses, noticing my solitude, has checked on me several times. Do I feel like crying??? Absolutely. This is the first time Jisung hasn't called or texted to let me know something came up. He hasn't even glanced at my messages.
The waitress approaches me again, concern etched on her face.
"Hey, I know you've been sitting here for hours. Would you like a box for your cake???"
I can only nod, my throat tight with disappointment. As she goes to get a box, I feel tears welling up in my eyes. When she returns, she gently packs the cake for me.
"Thank you," I manage to say, my voice barely above a whisper.
With that, I take the cake and leave the restaurant, the weight of my emotions heavy on my chest. As I walk home, I pass by a bar and glance inside. My heart sinks as I do a double take—there’s Jisung, laughing with Felix, Seungmin, Jeongin, Christopher, Minho, Changbin, and Hyunjin.
I pull out my phone and call him, but I watch in despair as he looks at his screen and then places it back down, completely ignoring my call. Tears start streaming down my cheeks, and I shake my head in disbelief. Defeated, I turn away and begin the long walk back to my apartment, feeling more alone than ever...
