~Debut~
I was sitting in the kitchen having lunch with Fearless. Everyone else was out. Red and evermore had gone to the lake, Lover had gone to the supermarket to get more bread and cream, since we were out of it, and everyone else was at the mall.
Fearless was looking down at her plate as she ate quietly. The silence was piercing, it was so quiet I could've probably heard the dust settling. I decided I needed to do something about it so as Fearless reached for her glass I blurted out "I wanna lose my virginity."
Fearless almost spit her drink out as I spoke, she started coughing uncontrollably, her coughs soon turning into hysterical laughter. "You what?" she asked between her loud laughs.
"I wanna lose my virginity," I said again. Fearless stopped laughing for a second to study my face before starting to giggle.
"The way you're saying that like it's the most casual thing ever is killing me right now," she said, her giggles turning into soft laughs.
"What?" I said and smiled widely at her, almost starting to laugh myself.
"No no, I'm sure you do, with B right? You wanna have all her babies," she said mockingly and threw her hands out. She almost hit me in the face which made her laugh.
"Don't you? Not have B's babies but you know..." I asked and blushed at the mention of B. Her name wasn't 'B' of course, that was just our nickname for her so no one would know who we were talking about.
Her laugh quieted down and her eyebrows pulled together as she cringed at the thought. I looked at her, waiting for her to answer, but she stayed silent, thinking about it. "Not really," she finally answered with a quick shrug as she shook her head.
"What? Why not?" I asked, confused. I wanted to so badly, I just didn't have anyone to do it with... well I had one person I wanted to do it with but I wasn't sure how she felt about me.
"I'm not in a rush to give myself to anyone like that, I guess," she answered and shrugged once more. "I'll wait until I'm 99 years old and in a wheelchair if that's how long it takes to find the right person." She let out a small laugh at the thought.
"Hm..." I thought about it for a second. "That's a good point, I guess... the 'right person' might never come though you know, I'd rather just get it over with."
"Well, we have two very different views on that then," she said and smiled at me. She looked back at her food and started picking at it with her fork. I watched as she pushed the food around on the plate for a while before putting the fork down on the table with a sigh. She looked up at me and smiled. "Not hungry anymore," she explained and left the table with the half full plate in her hand.
She was stood at the sink rinsing off her plate when she caught a glimpse of something in the window. "What the hell..." she said quietly and looked at me.
"What?" I said and laughed, "You look like you've seen a ghost."
She looked at me but she didn't smile at the joke, instead she just dropped the plate in the sink before walked toward the front door. I followed her quickly, curious what had her so shocked. When we got to the front door and she opened it I realised.
"Karma?" I said in disbelief. It was in fact Karma; the girl we'd sworn never to let back here. She was walking slowly, groaning and spitting what looked like blood as she went. rep was holding Karma's arm around her neck as they walked towards the house. folklore walked next to them in silence. Soon after came Speak Now and Poets with 1989 and Midnights.
Midnights was hugging 1989 tightly as they walked, both looking very happy and pleased with themselves.. Speak Now and Poets not so much. Speak Now was eyeing Poets with a disgusted look on her face while Poets was looking away uncomfortably.
