Ch.6 Tighnari - I walked with my new group of friends to the puspa cafe. I surprisingly mainly talked to kaveh. He's super nice and we get on pretty well. I had gotten a little worried about the whole situation since we first met at the juice bar, but Cyno was right I really didn't have anything to worry about. I looked towards Cyno for a moment who was making conversation with Kaveh's boyfriend Alhaitham.

"Oh, checking out our mahamantra in the making friend are we tighnari?" I turned around quickly to face a smirking Kaveh, my face slightly heated.

"No I was not checking him out Kaveh. Just looking at the scenery is all..."

"If that's the case then Cyno must be some really interesting looking scenery, because you were staring dead at him."

My face went from warm to hot. "Kaveh!"

"Alright alright tighnari I'll stop, buttt since you don't mind staring at him then you won't mind talking to him right?"

I tilted my head in confusion at Kaveh's statement. "Why would I mi-?" I didn't get to finish my sentence before I was lightly pushed into Cyno. (I'm beginning to understand why Kaveh said that now...) I watched as Kaveh smirked, walking past me to his boyfriend. For some unknown reason I just now realized I was in Cyno's arms and turned beet red. I looked up, my eyes meeting his for a moment before I quickly stumbled backwards, almost falling. But Cyno's hands remained on my hips, his grip tight.. Tighter now then it was before, ensuring I couldn't fall even if I tried.

"You okay?.." He moved his hands a little lower, almost to my ass but not quite there."

"Yeah.. I'm fine, I think.. Just a little shaken." The boy in front of me slowly let go of my hips and took a step backwards grabbing onto my hands and staring me in my eyes. His look changed from worry to serious in an instant.

"..Walk.." My ears folded a bit and I pouted, turning my face away from his. (theres no way he noticed my ankle, right? He couldn't have.. I didn't even make it obvious.)

"Cyno I'm fine I promise.. Can we just go inside, we're already here anyway."

"..If you're fine then walk tighnari." I looked back towards him, our eyes connecting instantly. His expression changed back to worry.

I sighed and took a short breath before taking a step towards Cyno trying my best not to limp. My body now so close to his that his breath collided with mine. Our eyes were no longer connected, mine's looking down at the ground on the side of us and his examining my right ankle.

"Your hurt Nari", I heard Cyno whisper in my ear so only I would hear him. My breath hitched softly. "I'll let your little lie slide but I'm taking you home." His faint whispers in my ear made my heart skip a beat.
Cyno picked me up easily in a bridle style and turned to face the others. "You guys can play without us tonight, tighnaris hurt, I'm taking him home."

I watched as Kaveh smiled slightly and came over to us, he patted me on the head and bent down to talk to me. "Sorry about that tighnari, hopefully you can join us for tcg next week. Have fun though, just not too much fun alright."

I rolled my eyes at Kaveh's statement. "See you tomorrow Kaveh." The couple walked away heading inside of the cafe. My eyes fixed on Cynos. "I can walk myself home you know."

"Yeah like I'd let you hurt yourself more than you already have. Which way?" I sighed knowing he wasn't planning on putting me down anytime soon. Not that I was really complaining, it felt comfortable in his arms and his body heat kept me warm.

"Left."
