Ch.4 Tighnari - It was finally the last period of the day. Fortunately my first day was almost over, unfortunately my last class of the day was "Social Emotional Learning", whatever the hell that's supposed to mean. I took a seat in the far back left corner of the room so that I could be closest to the window. I relaxed and leaned back as the chair was actually comfortable compared to the ones in my other classes. I took a deep breath, apparently it was much needed and blanked out my mind whilst staring out the window, my consciousness only halfway there.
My ears twitched as I heard the classroom door open and close. I decided not to pay it any mind since it may just be another student coming in early or the teacher arriving and setting up.
My body slightly jerked when I was suddenly tapped on the shoulder. I turned my head to see the cute boy from earlier. (fuckkkkk why am I always embarrassing myself in front of himmm.)
"Hey, Tighnari right?.. You mind if I sit with you?" "Hey Cyno, yeah! Well I mean no of course not! I mean Yes! You can sit with me... if you want to.. Sorry I'm a little slow." I watched as Cyno smiled and placed his bag down next to mine, "haha don't worry, I knew what you meant... so you're new right? How was your first day?" "Mm it was alright, nothing to be too excited over." {besides meeting you..} I mumbled. "Oh, glad I could make your day a little better then Tighnari." I covered my face with both my hands. "Oh my. Kill me now... I'm sorry I swear I normally don't make this much of a fool of myself in front of new friends." "No you're good, I think it's cute, 'friend'." "And I just assumed we were friends, please make it stop." My face won't stop heating up and it's driving me crazy. Not to mention Cyno easily holding eye contact with me, meanwhile I get flustered just looking into his. "We are friends though, also I meant to grab your number earlier before we left, is it cool if I grab it now?" I nodded my head as he handed me his phone and I imputed my number into his phone and created a contact for it. "Here" I handed it back to him and smiled. "Thanks, I'll text you later, we should hang out soon." "Okay yeah! Sounds fun, just let me know." "Me and a few friends are actually meeting up to play tcg later, you wanna maybe join?.." "Mhmm, just text me where you're meeting, or I'll meet you somewhere beforehand." I replied as we made eye contact, in the moment I could be hallucinating but it seemed like Cynos cheeks were slightly tinted. "Alright for sure, I'll text you to meet you somewhere else first." Cyno had just finished saying before the teacher walked into the classroom introducing herself. (I just hope collie isn't too upset with me that I'll be coming home a little later.)
