Minho opened the door, revealing the unexpected sight of his ex. He just stopped for a moment, scanning the individual. Jisung held the cardboard box."You left some of your things at the house, sorry to bother."
"No, it's okay, you're never a bother." Jisung awkwardly smiled as minho took the box slowly. They were awkward now. It kind of hurt.
"Do you want to come in? I'm not doing anything so."
"I can't stay for long, but I'll come in." Jisung said. He fixed his eyes around the dorm, a small deep breath in and letting it out.
"How have you been?"
"I've been good. What about you?"
"Very good, I've already chosen my classes and they have a lot of good teachers so I'm content." Minho said. He leaned over against the kitchen counter, bringing his hands together as he watched jisung open the fridge and grab some water.
"Do you have a boyfriend or a girlfriend?"
"Hm? No."
Minho chuckled. "Oh, that's great." Jisung just paused. "Not that I don't want you to move on, but i..." jisung looked away,"I'm not over you."
Minho just bit his lip for a moment.
"Jisung—"
"It's bad, I know."
"I like someone currently."
Jisung just looked at Minho when he said this. His face was just as frozen as he was. "Oh, I wish you luck." Jisung said. He smiled shortly once more. Hiding the fact he was a little hurt, it wasn't like Minho was his anymore.
"I'm sorry."
"No, it's fine. You moved on. I should to— I'm gonna go, I have class in thirty minutes." Jisung grabbed his phone for a moment, shoving it in his pocket. He was quick to leave, leaving Minho speechless. He bit his lip for a moment, chewing on it in such nervousness.
"Wait," He said quickly, stopping jisung at the door. "Hm?" Jisung hummed. He looked at Minho, who called after him.
"Are you doing anything between those thirty minutes?" Minho asked. He reached behind jisung towards his door, slowly placing his hands on the lock, sliding it into the locked position.
"No, why?" Jisung asked, feeling the tension rise. "I can't look at you for too long. I feel things." Minho whispered.
Jisung giggled a little, removing his phone from his pocket as he could feel what minho was thinking. He could feel it. They were almost soul tied. Which is what sucked about them leaving each other.
Jisung could feel the warm touch of minhos' hands sliding onto his waist, going beneath the loose shirt he was fitted into. He was going even further as he just leaned himself down onto jisungs neck. Smelling the same perfume he always liked, finding comfort in jisungs body and aura.
It was almost like a hug, a one they both felt as if they needed. Jisung also hugged Minho back.
"We can't minho." Jisung whispered back, directly into minhos' ear. As much as he wanted to, they needed to stop the attachment they had. It wasn't going to work.
"I know." Minhos hand went more onto jisungs back, pulling him closer. They stood like this for more than five minutes. Just holding each other, it almost felt like a goodbye.
When the hug broke, Minho went back to the same cold feeling, his body going numb when jisung broke the hug. He didn't feel warm and bubbly anymore he just felt sort of depressed.
He only felt his true self around jisung.
"I'm gonna go now, we can meet up some time as friends!" Jisung smiled as if minho was okay, It hurt in so many ways. "Sure, tomorrow? A study date?"
"Of course, we take the same classes, so why not?" Jisung said. He opened the door. Parting ways away from Minho.
Minho just looked down at the flooring of his dorm.
He missed jisung.
Everything about him.
