Felix was in class. This wasn't a major class it was stupid college algebra. Jisung was next to him, the two hadn't spoken since jisungs conversation he sparked up.

Felix wasn't sour about the situation. But it seemed Jisung was assuming he was.

"How did you sleep last night?"

Jisung asked quietly since the teacher was writing on the bored, his back turned to the class.

"My head still hurts."

Felix giggled. Jisung hearing this it made him feel relieved that felix wasn't mad at him.

"Ah, that's no good." Jisung smiled, he looked forward noticing the professor now standing towards the class, yapping about non sense. Felix's mind wandered to what hyunjin told him.

He could remember pieces and fragments but hyunjin sounded genuine. But he also could be lying. He had no full trust in hyunjin. The part that secretly still longed for him was the one that tugged every time  he saw hyunjin.

He didn't tell Jisung yet about hyunjins conversations. He didn't want to get all worked up about it.

Chan walked down the hallway with  a more serious demeanor, he'd been serious ever since jeongin left him for that stupid guy, once again. He used his student id to unlock the door, shutting it behind him.

He took his coat off, throwing it on the couch, he was so peopled out.

But to his luck, a knock was placed on his dorm door. He sighed loudly. He reached for the knob, twisting and opening it.

To his great surprise it was jeongin.

Chan should've slammed the door right then and there but he didn't, he just stared at jeongin.

"What do you want?" He asked sternly. He leaned against the door. He still held a soft spot against jeongin. He didn't want to ignore it.

"He lied," jeongin said,"he told me you cheated."

"You believed him."

Chan said.

"What was I supposed to think? Chan you've done it before? It was easy to believe because of that."

"Jeongin I'm tired of this."

Jeongins face froze, he realized what Chan was trying to say. He was saying it was working anymore.

"We aren't kids anymore."

"I know."

Jeongin said quickly.

"I think it's better if we keep a distance— we're always going back and forth it gets tiring." Chan said. Jeongin could feel the hint of sadness from Chans tone of voice. He sounded as if he didn't want to let go.

"Or we could even be friends— I don't know." Chan shrugged.

"Okay."

Jeongin said softly.

"Yeah, you're right."

Jeongin continued. He couldn't even get the word out that he wanted to try again with Chan, Chan already knew.

"I'm sorry Jeongin."

"No it's okay— I get it Chan, really."
Chan just sighed, he watched Jeongin flash a last smile, before he waved bye. He didn't say another word, he just began walking down the hallway. Leaving Chan to watch from a distance.

It was the correct thing to do.

He couldn't keep thinking about Jeongin. He couldn't keep letting Jeongin stress him out, ruining his life daily from the excessive thoughts.

This was the time to let go.

It was just a stupid highschool relationship.
