He might have the worst luck in the world.

They only had a few days before going off to Germany and he thought he could maybe try to squeeze in more time with Ji Won before they left.

"You do realize you'll have plenty of time in Germany, right? " His manager scoffed and then told him to just rest and visit some of his friends before he left. "But man... doing all those romantic scenes and that huge crying scene? Only after two episodes? The director must really have a lot of trust in your and Ji Won's abilities. I don't think the average actor..no not even a veteran actor can keep up with this sort of filming schedule."

He knew that his manger was right, but why did he have to be right? Like his manager said, it was stressful to do so many of the critical plot point scenes so early on and in such a condensed manner. Sure, if it was just the romantic scenes it would have been easy but they also had to have their main fights and harder emotional scenes too. In a foreign country where the light and air was different. And he didn't even get to see her until they went to Germany? A lot can happen in those few days and honestly...the days where he didn't get to see or even hear from her were not so very good days...

"If anyone saw you right now, it'd look like I was asking you to not see your girlfriend." His manager laughed but that slowly died down when he saw the surprised expression on Soo Hyun's face. "No way...are you two dating!?"

"What?! No! No! No...." His voice trailed off. But what if they were? Would it be so bad? The thought of being able to call Ji Won his girlfriend, why did it sound so nice? To be able to spend lazy days with her and--No! What was he just fantasizing about! BE PROFESSIONAL KIM SOO HYUN.  ran a hand through hair before shaking his head. "아 몰라! (Ah, I don't know!)"

"You should go see Park Shin Hye-shi! You haven't seen her since she had her son. You know she invited you over for a dinner party and you can see your other friends too before leaving."

"Yeah...Yeah...I should do that. It'd be good to catch up with her."

He might have the best luck in the world.

When he arrived to his friend's house with gifts for her new son, he did not expect to see her when she opened the door for him.

"Soo Hyun Oppa?" Ji Won's eyes were wide with surprise and he blinked a few times before he moved to see that he was indeed at the right address. "Oh are you here for the dinner party?" She smiled brightly and then opened the door for him.

"Oh..Yeah!"  He quickly reached to take the bags he had brought only for her hand to brush against his. He flinched and when he looked up he saw her look at him with a soft smile.

"Oh.. Sorry. I just...You brought a lot of bags."

"Ah..Right! Here take this one, it's the lightest one." He handed a small bag with a soft plushy before heading inside the house.

A soft giggle followed behind him and he smiled. "Shin Hye-yah~"He sang and saw his friend holding her son looking at the two of them with a surprised expression. "Is that little Chanyeol? He's gotten so big! I'm your Uncle Soo Hyun" He said excitedly before he reached over to pat the boy's head. "He looks just like Tae Joon." He chuckled.

"I know. I gave birth to his mini me. I'm the one that was pregnant for nine months and he looks exactly like his father. " Shin Hye sighed before she looked at Ji Won who was already making faces and smiling at her son. "Do you want to hold him again, Ji Wonnie?"

"Can I? Come to Auntie Ji Won, Chanyeol-ah!" She squealed as she clapped her hand and laughed when the boy came to him. She quickly wrapped her arms around him and swayed side to side. The smile on her lips was infectious and Soo Hyun couldn't help but smile with a dazed expression.
