Take My Hand, Take My Whole World Too

He didn't know when he had fallen asleep actually he was surprised that he was able to even get any sleep since he normally stayed up on planes. But there was something about holding Ji Won's hands that made it so easy to fall asleep. 

"Oppa." A soft voice called out and he opened his eyes slowly as he saw a blurry image in front of him. He squinted and then heard a giggle before she gave his hand a small squeeze. "We are about to land soon. You should get up soon." 

He was not one to wake up easily or happily but if he got this sort of wake up call, it'd be the best way escape his dreams. "Ji Won-ah..."His voice deep and raspy still from sleep. "Did you sleep well?" He said as he slowly put up his chair from it's position and looked at her with a sleepy smile. 

"Mmn." She nodded before she slowly began sliding her hand out of his grasp. This woke him up even more and he quickly tightened his grip. 

"왜? (Why?)" He asked quickly and she tilted her head confused. He really didn't want to let go of her hand, even though he knew that he should. They couldn't just leave the plane holding hands even if that was exactly what he wanted. "Just...ten more minutes? No Five." 

Her smile was so sweet and she nodded before she set down their hands on the hand rest between them. "Okay." 

He sighed with relief and then began playing with her hand, rubbing his thumb on the back of her hand, playing with her fingers, he could do this for hours and not be bored. He thought to himself with a smile. 

"Soo Hyun-ah." The PD organizing the trip called him out and he turned around with a confused expression. "I heard from the director." 

"What did you hear?" He asked with a nervous laugh and rubbed the back of his neck. 

"The room arrangements, we made sure yours and Ji Won were facing each other...in the corner. Lots of privacy for our two leads." 

He tucked his lips in and nodded slowly, trying his best not to smile too widely. "Oh...That's.." 

"But." The PD pointed at him. "No funny business. I know you two are professionals and you won't do anything to warrant a scandal. I trust that you two won't do something that will ruin this production. If it was anyone else, I wouldn't ever even think about doing this but you two have a great reputation and...we are putting a lot of trust on you two. " 

"Of course!" 

"We expect you two to still be on your best behavior." 

"Yes! Of course." 

"And." He was waiting for more rules, saying how they should try their best to maintain their distance. That they should stay coworkers. That they shouldn't do anything too funny. "We are all rooting for you. We do think you two will make a really nice pair and...Well we are rooting for you, Soo Hyun-ah."

He was smiling and blushing at that point and bowing his head. "Thank you, PD-Nim." 

"Wah..Who would have thought Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won might become the next big couple of our country." 

He chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck shyly before peaking over to see Ji Won talking to one of the staff members about her outfit. "I don't really care about being a big couple..I just...want to be with her." 

It was the first day of shooting and they couldn't have chosen a better first day. The weather was not too hot, but not too cold. The lighting was just right and it felt like a good sign for their time here in Germany.
