It has been two whole days of solo shooting, being on different location and different call times, getting back to the hotel at different times, they kept missing each other and by the time the day was over, they were too tired and retreated back to their own rooms to rest. Well that ends today! They finally had a scene together again and thankfully it was another one of their sweet honeymoon scenes.
When he saw her car pull up, he quickly ran towards it and opened the door for her. There she sat in her cute heart dotted blouse and overalls, she was in the middle of pulling out her earbuds. Cute. She looked up surprised before he leaned down to kiss her quickly behind the door. "I missed you." He whispered softly.
"It's only been two days." She teased.
"Are you saying you didn't miss me?"
She giggled before putting her arms around his neck and bringing him down for another kiss. "I never said that."
He held out his hand and helped her out of the car, her shoes catching his attention. "They finally let you wear comfortable shoes?" He laughed as he lightly tapped the side of her foot with his.
"Ahh...it's because I got a blister."
"Really? Where? Should you even be walking?" His smile dropped and now his eyes were full of worries. "Aish...What happened during those two days."
"I have a bandaid on it. It is healing. It's so small that it doesn't even hurt. I'm not that fragile, Oppa. There's no need to wrap me up in bubblewrap." She reassured him before letting going of his hand when one of the stylists called for her to come so they could fix her makeup.
He rubbed the back of his neck nervously. He knew that she was professional and these kind of injuries were nothing compared to what they would normally get. But that didn't stop him from worrying over her. "지금 오버 하나? (Am I overreacting right now?)" He knew that it was one thing to be overprotective verses being controlling. He really didn't want to cross that line and push her away. If he hovered too much, if he prevented her from doing what she loved, what kind of person would he be? He got hurt far more on set than she probably did and if she asked him to stop, wouldn't that prevent him from doing his best? "집중해! (Focus!)" He clapped his hands against his cheek before taking in a deep breath.
He heard his name being called and jogged over to the director who was already talking to Ji Won about the next few scenes. She turned to look at him with a smile and he smiled back. Yeah, there was no need to worry too much. If she needed his help, she would ask, so until then, he should just support her as best he can.
He must have saved a nation in his past life. He thought with a smile as he wrapped his arms around her. They were sitting on the park bench together and Ji Won had suggested that she sit between his legs and that she could press her back against his chest. He had quickly agreed, maybe a little bit too excitedly but to hear her laugh brightly was everything.
He put his arm over the back of the bench and put one leg comfortably on the bench before smiling at her. She hid her face behind the book she was holding and laughed. "Do you like it that much? Are you that happy?"
He nodded happily and patted her seat in front of him which she quickly took and moved so that she could comfortably sit his arms without putting too much weight on him. He frowned before he quickly puled her in closer. "That's better."
