It was the day of the practice match, everyone was so excited, you got dressed for the day and packed your stuff before walking up to the school gates where the bus and everyone else was, you helped put peoples bags in the bus before you all were on your way to the practice match

You sat in the front with the coach as all the players sat towards the back talking about whatever

"So, you gonna do anything while on this trip?" Tendou asked Ushijima, Ushijima gave him a confused look

"Yah, practice" Ushijima said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world

Tendou shook his head and sighed "that's not what I'm saying, like are you and l/n gonna do anything" he was thought he was being as clear as day until he got that same confused look "are you gonna try and make a move, sneak into her room in the middle of the night, break the bed, you know" he couldn't be more obvious

"Oh" Ushijima finally knew what he was talking about "why would we? I'm not allowed in her room" it was an unspoken but obvious rule that no one was allowed in y/n's hotel room and she wasn't allowed in anyone else's

"Break some rules man" Tendou nudged him with his elbow before he pulled something out of his pocket "at least consider, this is the best opportunity" he placed something in Ushijima's hand, he was giving him a condom

"Why do you have these?" Ushijima asked as he put it in his pocket, Tendou let out a chuckle

"You never know" he shrugged, I guess he was just looking out for Ushijima's best interest "if you use it though you have to tell me"

"L/n doesn't like me talking about that kind of stuff with people" Ushijima seemed a bit prideful with that answer, he actually remembered your concern, he felt proud about that

"Nah I get it no worries, I don't wanna know any details just tell me whether you did or didn't" Tendou was being pretty reasonable with this request even if it was a bit desperate

As we made it to the hotel which was right next to the university you got out the bus and started getting all the bags out of the bus for everyone even if some of the bags were unnecessarily heavy everyone grabbed there bags and we headed into the hotel, everyone figured out who they were rooming with as you and the coach got the room keys, you passed them out before the coach told up the schedule, we all had an hour before dinner than afterwards a few more hours till room checks which concluded the day with the practice matches being tomorrow

Everyone's rooms were on the same floor but yours was all the way at the other end of the hallway from everyone else's, for privacy reasons you guessed

You walked into your room and placed your bag down before looking around, it was pretty decent size, you had a huge bed so you laid in bed for a while and scrolled through your phone before you heard a knock on your door, you opened the door to see Semi

"Hey, what's up?" You asked a bit confused about why he of all people were at your door

"Me and like everyone else was wondering if you wanted to go to the pool after dinner since we have a lot of time between dinner and room checks" semi asked, you knew it was a good idea to bring your bathing suit, you thought about it for a second before you replied

"Yah sure! Sounds fun" you smiled before he said his farewells and you continued scrolling through your phone till it was dinner time, you walked down to the lobby where everyone was as we walked into the buffet the hotel offered

You didn't really eat much since you weren't too hungry and you were gonna go swimming soon so you didn't want to look bloated, everyone was talking about what they've done within the past hour and some stupid stuff you all sat there and talked till everyone decided they wanted to go swimming now

You all went up to your hotel rooms to get changed into your bathing suits, you were excited till the realization hit you, you'd be wearing a bikini Infront of almost the whole volleyball team, that's kind of embarrassing

She got changed and put on a short over up dress on top before grabbing her towel and walked down to the pool where some of the guys already were

You set your towel on one of the lounge chairs as you sat down before Tendou sat down next to you

"Where's the bathing suit?" Tendou was confused

"It's under" you said, it was one of the most obvious things ever

"Why? Don't tell me you brought a bikini" he joked before you didn't reply "oh my gosh you did!" Tendou started laughing

"Shouldn't you be swimming, that was the whole point of this" you said almost annoyed but you were kind of amused at how quickly he figured it out

Tendou playfully rolled his eyes before he hopped in the pool with a few of the other guys, Ushijima walked over to the pool and sat down in the other chair next to you, you decided to act on impulse with him being right there and took off your cover dress In front of him, i wasn't too insecure about my body but i still kinda was, ushijima never made me feel insecure though

You heard a whistle from the pool "yah take it off, baby" Tendou teased as some of the other guys laughed

You rolled your eyes before you set your coverup on your lounge chair and gave Ushijima a smile before you dove into the pool so you could splash Tendou for the harassment

Ushijima sat stiffly in his lounge chair as you took off your dress and was in a bikini, when you dove into the pool he let out a sigh and relaxed a little, maybe Tendou was onto something with there conversation on the bus

You swam in the pool until you were next to Tendou and splashed him "it's impolite to watch a taken woman get undressed" you teased as you splashed him with the pool water again

"Aye you were getting undressed In front of us" Tendou put his hands up in defense as he chuckled a little

You all continued to swim and hang out until you noticed Ushijima still sitting on his lounge chair just looking at the water

You swam to the latter in the pool and got out and sat on her chair next to him "you ok? You're just sitting there"

Ushijima looked over at you before replying a few seconds later "I'd like to make love to you tonight"

Your eyes went wide as your face went bright red "excuse me?" His words were so out of nowhere and blunt it caught you off guard

"Did you not hear me?" Ushijima genuinely asked, he didn't know what there wasn't to understand, he was being upfront

"No, no I heard you" you said before you awkwardly chuckled "yah ok" she replied to his statement before she cleared her throat "good talk" she stood up, still trying to process what he said

They all continued swimming till it got cold outside, you all headed back to your hotel rooms to do whatever, you took a shower and got dressed for bed, what Ushijima told you at the pool was stuck in your head
