Unfortunately, the humans were already there.
"We have to create a distraction. somehow..." Elaine [Elias] whispered.
"I think we should just teleport over there if we're fast enough." I told him quietly.
"If we are fast enough." Elaine [Elias] emphasised. "A big 'what if', if you're asking me."
I held on to Elaine [Elias] & hoped for the best.
[...]
"Holy [JavaScript]..." Elaine [Elias] commented. "That was wild."
"Err, what do you mean?" I was visibly confused.
We were both in the Overworld now, a few (or not) metres away from our friends' neighbourhood. It was raining, though, so we had to stay under this tree.
"You... killed the humans." Elaine [Elias] answered.
"[WHAT]?" I exclaimed. "How come I don't remember doing that; I only remember going through the portal." [I did not realise how bad I made Evan's memory.]
"I don't know," Elaine [Elias] frowned. "You just... turned into a different entity like it wasn't you."
It was still raining, but being the daredevil I was, I stepped out despite Elaine [Elias]'s protests. Nothing happened.
Strange, I thought. Isn't rain supposed to hurt me? Is this what [Overworldian] water feels like? If it is, it feels exactly like the End water at home. I felt a tung on my left hand. That tug then turned into a pull.
"Oniisan, what were you thinking?" Elaine [Elias] pouted.
"I don't know," I answered. "It feels like the water from home though."
"Oh really?" my brother doubted. "Not my fault if I die to the water." he mumbled as he stepped out of our shelter."
"Oh. It does feel like the water from home."
"Okay, maybe we could go to that house over there. Hopefully, it belongs to a mob, and the humans haven't raided it yet."
I went through our belongings to find some coats to not get cold. Afterwards, we dashed to that house because I apparently used up a lot of energy for something I don't remember. When we got closer, I saw that the neighbourhood had already been raided. At a closer distance, we were able to teleport to what seems like Kaleb [Caleb], Cole & Blaine's house.
What was happening to the three skeleton brothers was terrifying, especially for the two-year old Blaine. I could see their father attempting to fend off the humans from his children, despite hiss efforts in vain. Then, the most horrific event took place: the brothers' mother was slain right in front of their eyes.
Elaine [Elias] & I could see [Mrs. Chanthavong]'s body crumble to dust, leaving only her skull for her children or her husband to pick it up. The four were terrified by the death of the wither skeleton, especially the eldest brother, Cole. By that point, their dad was very peeved off. Then something happened.
"Run!" his voice bellowed, even through the window. The three brothers made the run, but a little skeleton went back to retrieve his mother's remains: Kaleb [Caleb].
"Kaleb [Caleb]!" Cole yelled. "We don't have enough time!"
"But Mummy..." Kaleb [Caleb] whined.
"Go! We already don't have much time!"
"Maybe we do..." he sped to the Nether portal with the remains in arms.
And the three brothers were gone while their father got apprehended. Elaine [Elias] & I were shocked by what happened, yet we moved onto the next house: Zephry's.
[A/N: A lot of sentence rewrites here. Remember kids: this is the more tolerable version.]
