*"he is so peculiar"*

No matter how hard he tried, his eyes would automatically land on him, just as they would, years ago when they studied together. Ida selflessly tutored Akira as he messed up every little assignment.

In this new school, he might be a mystery to many, but in reality, he was just a silly little goofball.

He always admired Ida from afar, as he never had the courage,

*"There's nothing to like in me"* He thought to himself as he turned himself away from Ida and Dekisugi laughing together.

"Are you okay?"

Nobita asked while he turned a page,

Akira didn't answer back. It's hard to swallow up feelings.

"I don't like Dekisugi," Akira spoke bluntly, unaware of the meaning behind Nobita's blank stare,

"Why?" Nobita asked,

"His voice is so fucking annoying" Akira slowly turned his head downwards.

"Well I don't appreciate you thinking that way about my boyfriend"

Akira's eyes shot up as he flinched upon hearing the unexpected reply.

"Dekisugi is your boyfriend?!" Akira exclaimed in a low tone,

"That's right"

It had only been a month since he shared the table with Nobita,  but sadly, he knew his nature a little too well.

Nobita tightly gripped Akira's inner thigh causing the other to almost squeal.

The only logical reason he could now provide was the real answer he had been hiding.

"I like Ida..." Akira whispered as Nobita loosened his grip.

"And?"

"I don't like how close he and Dekisugi are"

"That's it?"

"That's it.."

Nobita sighed as he removed his hand,

"I understand, sometimes I don't like Ida too"

Akira stayed silent, after all, he and Nobita could only see from afar, what if it's not just a friendship that persists? Insecurity can't be cured.

"But I assure you there's nothing between them" Nobita tried to console Akira.

"What if there is?" Akira looked at Nobita with a blank stare,

"Why do you think like that?"

"I don't know what I would do if Ida couldn't be mine"

"Are you that desperate?"

"Well, what would you do if Dekisugi cheated on you?"

"He won't"

"We will see about that," Akira said in a mocking tone.

Nobita harshly pulled Akira's face closer to his,

"If Dekisugi cheated on me, I will fuck you on this very table till you pass out"

He said in a cold tone but to his little surprise, Akira didn't break eye contact,

"Deal," Akira said as he got rid of Nobita's grip.

Nobita stared at him with a little smirk,

"You are one of a kind you know that?"

Akira smiled with an innocent mask, "I know"
