THIRD PERSON POV
Years had passed since the fateful night at the Singhania mansion, and life had blossomed in ways Gautam and Sanya could have never imagined. Their love had not only endured but had flourished, growing stronger with each passing day. They had built a life together, one filled with joy, laughter, and the warmth of family.
The sun shone brightly over the sprawling Singhania estate, now more vibrant and lively than ever. The gardens were in full bloom, and the sounds of children playing echoed through the air. Gautam stood on the terrace, watching his two children chase each other around the garden.
Yug, their spirited seven-year-old son, was a bundle of energy, always curious and adventurous. His dark eyes sparkled with mischief, much like his father's. Shanaya, their five-year-old daughter, was a sweet and gentle soul, her laughter a melody that filled the house with warmth.
Nearby, his sister Alia and Rohan who flew down from Canada, sat on a picnic blanket, keeping an eye on their twins, Rishi and Reeva. At ten years old, Rishi and Reeva were a perfect blend of their parents' best qualities. Rishi was thoughtful and analytical, often found with a book in hand, while Reeva was imaginative and energetic, always leading the children in creative play.
Sanya walked up behind Gautam, slipping her arms around his waist and resting her head on his shoulder. "They've grown so fast," she murmured, a smile playing on her lips.
Gautam turned to kiss her forehead, his eyes filled with love and contentment. "They have. And they're perfect, just like their mother."
Sanya laughed softly, swatting his arm. "You're biased."
"Completely," Gautam admitted with a grin. "And proudly so."
They watched their children for a moment longer before Yug noticed them and came running over, his face flushed with excitement. "Dad! Mom! Shanaya and I found a secret tunnel in the garden!"
Sanya raised an eyebrow, amused. "A secret tunnel? That sounds adventurous."
Shanaya toddled over, her little hands clutching a handful of flowers. "For you, Mommy," she said, her voice sweet and innocent.
Sanya knelt down, accepting the flowers with a warm smile. "Thank you, my darling."
Gautam scooped Yug up in his arms, ruffling his hair. "So, a secret tunnel, huh? Shall we explore it together?"
Yug's eyes lit up. "Yes! Let's go, Dad!"
Sanya stood, holding Shanaya's hand as they followed the boys into the garden. The children's laughter was a testament to the happiness that had permeated their lives. Despite the challenges and the hurdles, Gautam and Sanya had created a beautiful family, one grounded in love and trust.
As they wandered through the garden, they passed Alia and Rohan, who smiled at their playful antics. "Looks like the adventure is never-ending around here," Alia commented with a laugh.
Rohan nodded, his arm around his wife. "That's the beauty of it. There's always something new with the kids."
Rishi looked up from his book, intrigued. "A secret tunnel? Can we come too, Mamu?"
Reeva jumped up, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Yes, let's all go!"
Gautam laughed. "The more, the merrier! Come on my champs, let's see what Yug and Shanaya have discovered."
The whole family ventured into the garden together, the children's giggles blending with the adults' laughter. The garden, with its hidden corners and secret paths, became a playground of joy and imagination.
Later that evening, after the children had been tucked into bed, Gautam and Sanya sat on the terrace, enjoying the quiet of the night. The stars sparkled above them, and the gentle breeze carried the scent of blooming flowers.
Gautam took Sanya's hand, his thumb gently caressing her fingers. "Do you remember that night at the airport?" he asked softly.
Sanya nodded, her eyes reflecting the memories. "How could I forget? It was the night everything changed."
Gautam smiled, leaning in to kiss her tenderly. "I'm so glad you stayed."
She returned the kiss, her heart full. "I'm glad you came for me."
Nearby, Alia and Rohan sat together, watching the stars. Alia sighed contentedly. "It's amazing to see how far we've all come."
Rohan squeezed her hand. "Family is everything, and ours is pretty special." He pecked her lips softly making her smile.
Rohan said, "Shanaya is a mini version of you as well, in many ways."
Alia said, "Yeah it seems like I am reliving my childhood when I look at her."
Rohan said, "Being the only girl and the youngest she'll be endlessly pampered I am sure."
Alia said, " I agree."
Gautam and Sanya exchanged a smile, knowing that their love story was far from over. It was a journey that had brought them incredible joy and would continue to do so for the rest of their lives.
As the night deepened, they knew that whatever the future held, they would face it together, their love a beacon of light in their lives. And as they looked at the stars, they knew that the best was yet to come for the Singhania family, united in love and hope for the future.
