Epilogue
What happened to Sasuke
Genma tossed Yamato a giddy glance over the fire. His longtime friend did not return it, using ANBU hand signs to inform him that he would not be stepping in when the Uchiha inevitably tried to kill him. Rolling his eyes, he waved off the wood user and turned to his real mission.
Sasuke was sitting on his bed roll, eating his ration bar and staring into the fire. Like every other night they'd been on mission together, he was frustratingly quiet. It was, unsurprisingly, difficult to build a rapport with someone that refused to engage.
Oh well.
"Sasuke, Kakashi put you on my team for a reason. I think it's time we dealt with it."
The last bite of his ration bar paused halfway to his mouth and he sighed heavily. Mismatched dark eyes glared back at Genma over an irritated sneer. "We're not doing this."
Genma scoffed, folding his hands behind his head. "Oh, yes, we are. You can stare moodily into the fire pretending not to listen like Kakashi always did, or you can take notes. I'd recommend the latter but—" He shrugged. "The feigned disinterest seemed to work well for him."
Sasuke's jaw ticked. "Kakashi put me on your team because he's a jackass."
That made Genma laugh. "He can be, yeah. But I think he actually wants to help you—"
"I don't need his help. He can fuck right off and so can you."
"Aren't you curious why he picked me?" When that earned him a slightly less pissed off glare, Genma grinned. "Because I taught him everything he knows." It was Sasuke's turn to scoff. "So you just relax and pay attention and let Genma-sensei explain all the many ways to make a woman cum so hard you ruin her for other men."
Sasuke looked like he had swallowed something unpleasant. "Why would I want to do that?"
Genma gaped, incredulous. "Yamato, tell me this kid is joking."
Yamato squinted at him through the flames. "He looks pretty serious to me."
"I'm not trying to fuck my way through the village." He looked between Genma and Yamato like they were some kind of bastards. "And I don't need your advice."
"You don't have to fuck around to make use of my wisdom. Pretty sure Sakura is the only woman Kakashi's ever been with, not that I've ever asked—well, besides the twins, but they hardly even count." Sasuke mouthed something that looked like 'twins' but Genma kept going. "The point is, if a woman leaves an encounter with you feeling traumatized, you're doing something wrong."
Sasuke scoffed again but it sounded more like a growl as he threw the nearest stick into the fire. "Did she tell everyone?"
"Ladies do talk, Sasuke. Especially if it's bad. But don't worry, I have the dubious privilege of being married to one of her best friends. She probably only told her and Kakashi." Yamato coughed, drawing Genma's attention. His second oldest friend was looking far too interested in the shape of his nails. Oh yeah. He'd been sleeping with Sakura's blonde friend for the last few months, something Genma only knew because she got along so well with his wife once they'd been introduced. Ino was as bad a gossip as Aiko.
Sasuke didn't need to know that.
"Point is, if you ever want more little Uchihas running around, you do need my advice. If I can help the bland tree lover over here get laid after years of ROOT social conditioning—and my boy pulls, don't you Yams?"
