Nishka, annoyed with Kartik went to their room. Unwillingly, she started organising the cupboard and found some pictures of Kartik and Lara.

She then realised that she still has to prove her innocence to Kartik. It was necessary for survival of their relationship after all.

She then started thinking of collecting the proofs which could remove the blindfold from his eyes.

She took out her phone and dialled K. Lohiya's number. It was switched off. She next tried Lara's number but it was unavailable as well.

"Obviously, they both know what they have done. They both must have eloped by now."
Nishka concluded.

"But I'll have to find them. I need to talk to both of them." She thought and then continued arranging the cupboard.

In afternoon, her brother Maanav came to pick her up for the post wedding rituals at Gupta House. She packed her belongings for a day or two and went with him to her home.

She reached her home and all the family members of the Gupta family welcomed her merrily. She was showered with roses and lilies on the entrance. All the staff members of the hospital were also there to congratulate her as they could not be the part of her wedding.

She entered the house and sat with everyone talking and chit chatting. Latika and Sreeji got all her favourite meals prepared. She was actually being pampered. The air was freshened with her favourite flavour, the decorations were of her taste and class. Everything was done keeping her choices in mind.

She then entered into her room which she had to leave forever unexpectedly. She rested on her bed for a while and went for a sound sleep. She was actually tired.

In the evening, when Kartik came home back from the office, his eyes already started searching for Nishka.

He sat on sofa calming himself down and his eyes were rolling left to right and vice versa searching Nishka while he sipped the water. He had something sly going on in his mind.

Suddenly, his phone screen popped up with a notification. It was Nishka's message.

"Do not waste your energy searching for me. Live in your palace alone for some time now, ..... Have Fun!"

The message was concluded with an eye winking emoticon conveying the win of Nishka.

Kartik then finally went to his bedroom and found his cupboard well organised. He then found the same pictures and he remembered Lara.
