"Actually, I was thinking that Lara is not the one for Kartik." Nishka hesitated in completing her sentence.
"So, who do you think is the one, YOU?" Garvit said sarcastically. Nishka stood in shock with her mouth and eyes wide open.
"No....I didn't mean it. See... I care for Kartik since he's my friend. It's not that I want to be with him but it's just that I want the best for him. To be very honest, I think, in fact, I'm very much sure that Lara loves someone else and is using Kartik." Nishka explained it all.
"Whaaaaaat! How come? Do you know the guy? Have you seen them together? How do you know? Are you in senses?" Garvit was in more shock than Nishka as he shooted questions on her.
