Mikhail Makarov, Codename: Ghost. Older brother of Vladamir Makarov. The American CIA brainwashed him and used him until he was wasted in the mountains in 1981. The Russians retrieved him and gave him inhumane abilities. He was then under the care of his home country until he was exiled in 1985. Since then, he has been traveling the world, ridding it of the corruption it seeps. In 1995, a few months after arriving in Chicago, he saved Rally Vincent and Minnie-May Hopkins when their shop was invaded. For about 7 years, he had gone on missions and hunts with the trio, Rally and Mikhail eventually falling for one another. He had been on a trip since 2002, the whereabouts unknown.
Now, with Rally missing under the KKK... The Ghost returns to Chicago...

"Nice to have you back Makarov," Roy said as he, Ghost, and Marcus were in the meeting room at the station.
"I'm only here because Vincent got kidnapped... again..."
Ghost then looked at Marcus.
"Hm..."

"Maria's kid, right?"
"You know my mother?"
"She helped us with the Syndicate--"
"Back in 1995..." Marcus answered, "Rally told me."

"Huh. This is Maria's kid alright," Ghost said.
"He's helped us take down a school shooter and a recruiter for the KKK," Roy told Ghost.
"Huh... and you're how old?"
"Seventeen."

"Nice to meet you..."
"Marcus. Marcus Graves."
The two shook hands.
"I've heard little about you from Rally though. What are you to her?"
"Hm? Seriously?"
Ghost sighed.
"You'd think she'd flex she has a Russian boyfriend," Ghost told Roy. Roy just chuckled.
