Chapter 5

The next morning everyone is slowly waking up. Soon everyone is awake except for Lucifer and Alastor. Everyone is surprised Alastor wasn't the first one awake and even more surprised he's actually sleeping. Charlie slowly crawls over to Alastor worried he's actually dead or something.

Vaggie whispers "be careful if hes alive and you wake him up he might kill you for waking him up..!" Charlie nods and looks at him. He's laying on his back ome hand on his chest the other under the pillow, his head is to the turned in the side and his ears are flat against his head.

Charlie looks close and sees his hand moving up and down as he breathes, she gives a thumbs up to everyone saying he's alive. Lucifer wakes up and looks at Charlie then at Alastor he sits up confused "he's still asleep??"

Charlie nods "we thought he might be dead but he's alive" "I'm surprised he slept, I have never seen him sleep before, what's gotten into him?" Husk crosses his arms "he's so.. oh what's the word?" "Not crazy, nice, normal?" Angel starts naming off things.

"All of the above, but normal and nice what I would say yeah, he got Angels soul, he gave me back mine, he said yes to this sleep over, he's asleep. I don't know what happened and why but I'm glad it did honestly." Husk gets up "me too he's actually nice to be around I'm not scared he's going to kill me or something" Angel gets up too

Charlie frowns "guys he was nice to be around before!" Everyone looks at her "okay okay it was.. difficult at times but still and I get what you mean, he's happier too"

They all slowly make their way into the kitchen for some food "okay why don't this time we make Alastor food! He makes us food all the time it's our turn!" Everyone agrees.

"Angel, you make the coffee. Dad you make the pancakes and eggs maybe bacon too?. Me and Vaggie will find the table tray so he can eat the food in bed and then we will try to decorate it to be really cute! And nifty you watch and make sure he doesn't wake up if he does distract him, your the closest one to him so he won't suspect anything"

Everyone agrees and goes to where they need to go. Everyone works hard and fast to make sure they can do everything before Alastor wakes up.

Nifty runs in "uh guys we have a problem" "what's wrong nifty?" Lucifer looks at him "I don't know Alastors acting all weird" Lucifer follows her, he kneels next to Alastor. Alastor ear is twitching and his breathing is heavy.

Lucifer frowns worried "he's probably having a nightmare.." Lucifer gently lets him. Alastor leans into his head and immediately calms down. Nifty watches "how come he still smiles in his sleep?" "I don't know nifty I'm sure there's a reason" Lucifer continues to pet him.

Alastors eyes slowly open as he wakes up, he looks at Lucifer confused then realizes what he's doing. He sits up quickly "what are you doing!?" Lucifer pulls his hand back "you were having a nightmare I wanted to help.." "don't touch me when I can't tell you not too." "Sorry..." Alastor eyebrow twitches "it's fine just don't do it again." Luicfer smiles and nods

Charlie walks in with the tray "oh your up! Perfect timing!" Alastor looks at her "is there something that needs to be done?" "Nope! We made you breakfast!"

She sets the tray in his lap and he looks at it shocked "we also noticed you don't really eat a lot at once so we made sure it was a smaller portion so you could eat it all!" Alastor grabs the fork "thank you"

Angel is smiling proud since Lucifer left he took over cooking. "you're going to love the bacon!" "Is that so?" He takes a bite and freezes shocked "Alastor?" Lucifer gets worried. Alastor blinks before the tears surface "where do you find this recipe?" Alastor looks at Angle "oh uh my mom had a friend that came over a lot and she made me bacon all the time and I remembered the recipe"
