It was a Hogsmeade weekend for the students. Everyone was out visiting stores and pubs, filling their bags with candy and trinkets, ensuring they had their fill until the next trip.

Meanwhile, Severus makes a visit of his own. As the clock struck noon, him and Mia left Hogwarts and apparated from Scotland to England, Wiltshire.

The Malfoys and him arranged a gathering together, and when Mia heard of this she was eager to join him to the Malfoy Manor to meet the Mona after four long months. Telephone calls and letters just wasn't enough.

They didn't speak much that morning. Only a few words were exchanged between Severus and Mia, mostly because the girl didn't know how to start a conversation, not after the events of the night. They didn't even say anything during the apparition. The only sound Mia made were sick noises from the method of travelling as it made her stomach churn

Upon arrival, she and Severus were greeted by Lucius and Narcissa. They soon parted ways, the three former Death Eaters heading towards the drawing room while Mia rushed off to the vineyards in search of a certain maid.

She walked through the familiar halls she once lived in, flashing smiles at the familiar faces she spotted, till she reaches the large yard of grape-bearing vines.

There, she spotted Mona, standing at the foot of the vineyard, chatting with a butler as she watches over the other workers. A cigarette was held between her fingers as usual, the smoke gently emitting off the embers.

"Moma!" She calls out to Mona from the entrance of the yard.

She had to call out for her a couple more times to get her attention, as the elder maid seemed heavily invested in gossiping - which was nothing new.

The moment she sees Mia, she pushes the butler aside and comes flying towards her and grabs the girl, smushing her against her chest in a suffocating hug, her arms strong from years of doing housework tightly wrapped around the younger maid.

"Oh my sweet child.....How I've missed you Mia, you look so different." She gushed over the girl, pulling away and squeezing her shoulders as she inspected her with her observant blue eyes.

"It's only been a few months Moma. I haven't changed much." Mia giggled softly, an uncontrollable smile spread across her face.

"You seem like you've lost weight, or perhaps gained some. Regardless." Mona started leading Mia out of the vineyards and back into the manor. "I have missed you greatly. Once the others hear of your presence I'm sure they'll be just as excited. Come, you must be famished from travelling. I shall feed you."

"Actually we just apparated-"

"No excuses! I'm taking today off for you dearest, and I plan on feeding you as much as I please."

Once they arrived in the kitchen, Mona called upon some of the maids she knew to greet her.

Donna was nowhere to be seen. Once she inquired about her, she found out that the mean older woman had left for her hometown for a week. The news was honestly a relief to Mia, as she knew how much of a hard time she could have gotten.

After feeding her till she was sickly full and doting on her for a while longer, Mona and Mia retreated to the servants quarters along with a few others.

Once they were there, they all sat in a circle to question Mia, to ask her about her new position. She was quite reluctant to be honest. She didn't want to tell them how much her workload had decreased compared to her work in the manor, how she could choose her own break days as long as she gets the work done, how she didn't even have to wear her uniform at times because Severus didn't care what she wore.
