Lute pov:
(a week later after they confessed)
We were just holding hands, returning to Adam's house after training that day. We were almost home when suddenly i heard a voice behind us.
"Adam." It was Sera. Adam jumped and got scared for a second before recollecting himself. "H-ha-what-Sera! You scared me! You can't just sneak up on a guy like that!" Adam said, panicking. Sera rolled her eyes and teleported us to her office.
"Adam. It has come into my awareness that you and your lieutenant have been engaging in....intimate relationships before marriage. Is this true?" Sera asked sternly. Adam nodded. Sera sighed disappointedly and continued. "Adam. You know the rules, of heaven, of holiness. The will of your father, God. You're not supposed to break any of those rules under any circumstances! You know this can result in you and your partner's banishment, right?" My heart sank. It was fine if I were to fall, not Adam too! He was the freaking first man! I was devastated. But surprisingly, Adam remained his straight face. Then i saw the cunning grin on his face, and i knew he had a plan. "Let me get this straight, Sera. You would banish us, for dating before marriage?" He put and emphasis on the two words before marriage. Sera nodded. "That is correct, Adam. Now-" Adam broke her off, cutting through her. "So does that mean, if this lady here, is my wife, which basically means, if i marry her, it's okay?" He questioned, gesturing towards me. Wait a minute. Is he doing what i think he's doing? Oh no. Oh my god. Holy sh1t. Adam doesn't wait for an answer. "Lute, will you please marry me and become the first man's third, and final wife?" Adam asked me. I don't know what to think. I mean, we've only been in a relationship for a week, but i really do love him a lot. And for the sake of us, well mainly him, not being banished, should i say yes? I look around. Adam's smile is genuine and i can tell he's not just doing this to annoy Sera or stay in Heaven. He's doing this because he loves me. And i look at Sera's shocked expression. I think over this one more time, and just let it slip. "Yes, Adam. Yes." I have no idea what the fvck i just said, but holy sh1t i do not regret it. Sera sighs annoyedly and shoots Adam a "look". "Just make sure your....relationship doesn't affect your duties." She says and disappears, along with her office. The two of us are just standing in the spot we originally were in. I look over to Adam and without thinking, envelop him in a bear hug. "Woah, LuLu, calm down, holy sh1t." He says, chuckling. "Okay. Now that that's settled, let's go home, and get you a proper ring as my fiancé, how about that babe?" He asks and i nod in response. I'm still shocked in what just happened, i mean, it all happened so fast. In the span of 20 minutes, my boss, boyfriend, whatever, became my fiancé, my future husband. I smile as we walk the rest of the way home, anticipating what's gonna happen next.

(During the wedding)

Adam pov:
We're in the chapel, and i'm waiting for my bride. I still can't get over the fact that i'm marrying Lute, and i'm so happy i finally decided to do it. She looks stunning in her snow-white dress. We say our vows, and i kiss her. After the ceremony i scan the crowd, and among the smiling faces of the exorcists and Emily and St Peter, i see Sera's scowling face. I can tell she's super annoyed at us so i smirk at her, and she glares back at me with anger. It makes me even happier to see her like this, and i couldn't care less what the fvck she thinks, because now, my life is full. The person i love the most is my wife, and i will always, always love her and be with her no matter what.
