36 - 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁

A week had passed since the match against Manchester United. I have been working and driving Héctor to his trainings. He is still a B team player but sometimes goes with his teammates to the A team for a training.

Today was the game night at my place,and i invited the boys.

I also invited Fernando,Pedri's older brother. Actually we kinda started talking ever since we spoke and sat together on the stadium during the Europa league game. I invited him over yet once again. I mean his brother will come over so why not him either. I didn't give a slight fuck about Pedri. But i was kinda curious how he was feeling about it.

Did he care i clicked with his brother or not?

Was he feeling a slight jealousy?

Even after weeks i couldn't get Pedri off my head.

I somehow developed some sort of feelings towards him or just my body was missing him.

I wasn't sure. I was confused and still am.

But i decided i wouldn't even dare to talk to him about it.

We are enemies.

But my heart was aching when i heard how is his injury. He has a long journey ahead of him. 3 months to be exact. I know that i acted like the biggest bitch in Manchester but what happened was fresh and i just didn't want to be alone with him.

Yet i did. Because of Ferran.
But i bulit up a wall and didn't talk to Pedri.

I prepared various snacks. I made sure they were well balanced and healthy but not too healthy. They are boys. Of course the are also footballers but small homemade pizza with some herbs on it never killed anyone. I also made fruit and vegetable bowls and some tacos. I made sure i got enough of cold water for them too and some beer.

It was around 18 pm when they started arriving. Of course Alejandro and Ansu were first one to arrive and Ferran not so long after them. They went to the living room and turned on the PlayStation to set the tournament up. A door bell rang once again and this time it was Fernando and Pedri. He could walk well now but i believe the rehabilitation is tough. I greeted them both,Pedri went to others while Fer offered to help me with some more things. I told him it's not necessary but he insisted.

"Thanks for inviting me" he told me as i was handing him extra plates.

"You are always welcomed in our group Fer" i gave him smile and stood on my toes,trying to reach for smaller plates at the upper shelf but suddenly a male hand hovered over mine and took them. It was Fernanado who took them down. "Thanks" i smiled and took it from his hands.

"God you seriously throw yourself on anyone huh?" A familiar male voice said which made me look to the exit of the kitchen where it came from.

Pedri.

"Go fuck yourself" i told him.

"I just want a fucking water" he replied and opened the fridge,taking out 6 bottles of water,and Fernando left with to plates to place
them somewhere in the living room on the table where all the food was.

"Go ahead then and shut up or I'm kicking your out" i threatened him.

"Then stop doing whatever you're doing with my brother" he replied.

"Why do you even care huh?" I was getting mad. He has no right to tell me what to do and with who to talk.

"I don't. I just know that you are not nice at all and that he deserves way better" he said as he took a sip of his water.
