"Your Sugar Rush"

Can't get the words out in the perfect way in which they deserved to be presented,
In the way you deserve to hear, experimenting with different sounds but my demons like chaos coated in stumbling syllables,
I try so hard to stop the music before you hear the record scratch but it scratches, Throwing us right back to where you never deserved to be,
But you say you love the screams in the psychotic metal rock I always despised, so I try to show it to you but I try to contain it,
Because sometimes some candy could soothe the soul but a bit too much and we've got diabetes, this sugar rush is not worth our fucking rush to the grave, babe, don't you see I'm as good for you as a cigarette to a smoker with cancer but I sure as hell bring the fire that revives your lungs every single time,
And you burn,
Your cremated ashes sprinkled over a restless sea and you've never been happier,
Laying in your grave next to me
