Hello everyone!!! If you've read this far, I am truly grateful. Your reads, votes and comments kept me writing even at times it felt exhausting. If not for you, idk how far I would come, so thank you!!!

Sooo about the story: The idea about this story was born from my personal frustration about Will's "fall into darkness". The show is GENIUS, don't get me wrong, but I despise the trope of a protagonist becoming 'evil'. I love Will Graham, I am in love with Will Graham, and I hated seeing him become corrupted. I just wanted him to live in peace far from all the killings and Hannibal's mind games. So, actually, this story is a fix-it covered up as many other things.

And what better way is there to give Will a peaceful ending that giving him a love interest? Eliana was originally supposed to be just a nice girl who could comfort Will, but she ended up being much more complex. I'm really proud of this OC I've created.

These two are supposed to be like two sides of the same coin, completely different but actually the same. They both feel a killer's feelings, but Will is the one who has potential to 'become like them' while Eliana is the one who 'understands them so deeply she actually can never hate them'. I thought the dynamic was interesting, do I did my best to explore it. If they didn't have each other, they both would've gone with Hannibal. Opposing personalities and the connection they have saves them from 'darkness' that would've consumed them.
Even though they do have twisted thoughts, and it's something Hannibal preyed on, it's not something that defines them.

In the end, I wanted to hint at the possibility that even Hannibal can be changed, giving the original show a "light twist". As far as I'm concerned, they do save Hannibal somewhere off screen. Also, Will and Eliana got together somewhere off screen, but it wasn't very canon-ish to give them too much romantic time.

There probably won't be a continuation of the story, so I leave that up to your imagination. If you ask me, it's the happiest ending imaginable :)

Once again, thank you so much for reading and feel free to ask me anything if you're curious!

Bye byeee
