After the reaction from the group and from Kai and River, they both found themselves guilty. May didn't believe in being guilty, so naturally, she said they were being guilt tripped.
Maliah then took it upon herself to convince her to stay. She decided to get River involved and so, eventually, she agreed. She was beyond relieved, and immediately told Malakai, and of course, he was more excited than ever.
Not they their families cared what they were doing, but Maliah decided to call her parents, to let them know they were staying in Gold Coast. They didn't care, at all, really but her little brother did.
Wyatt Sterling. Maliah's very chaotic baby brother. Let's just say, when she was on the phone with him, he was furious that she had forgotten his eleventh birthday. Especially mad considering he's the same age as her year level.
