Alora stood in the dojo of Topanga Karate, hands clasped behind her back, her careful gaze sweeping the room in front of her. She had been brought here along with Tory and the new group of senseis that Silver had formed a partnership with. She had jumped at the chance to come when Silver had presented it to her. He had said that she had made a big improvement since the All-Valley and that he saw a great deal of potential in her. She could've jumped up and down in excitement. But of course, he had to have his champion come along also. It itched her to no end that Tory was given all these big opportunities simply for being the champion.

Alora almost beat Sam; all she needed was a couple more weeks of preparation. She was certain she could best her and Tory in a fight now. There was no doubt that she trained the hardest out of all of them. Karate was her lifeline now; she ate, slept, and breathed the sport. It was the first thing on her mind in the morning and the last thing at night. Well, besides Robby but she had no space for that despair so until she needed the emotions to fuel her through long and hard training hours, he was locked up in a box and pushed to the back of a high shelf.

She forced herself back into the present glancing at Tory and then at one of the new senseis, Sensei Kim. She was an intense woman, to say the least. Alora hadn't gotten the chance to practice with her one-on-one yet but she wanted to. She knew she would push her hard and out of her comfort zone and that was exactly what she wanted. Her, Sensei Sanchez, and Sensei Silver would make her the best and that's what she wanted, no, needed to be. She had to prove herself to Robby, to her sister, to Tory, and to her herself.

"Class, gather around. I have a bittersweet announcement to make," said the previous owner of Topanga Karate. "Sensei Terry Silver has made me a very generous offer, and I'm proud to say that Topanga Karate is under new management. We are thrilled to become a part of the Cobra Kai family."

Sensei Silver thanked the man, stepping forward to speak to the wide-eyed and slightly suspicious students of the newly turned Cobra Kai dojo. "I'm sure you're wondering what this means for the future of your dojo. Yes, there'll be some changes. All for the better," Silver assured them. "I hope you don't mind your dues getting cheaper. You'll be given a new sensei. For today, Sensei Kim and Sensei Sanchez."

Sensei Sanchez was the only sensei who made it out of the first batch. Over the time since he had been introduced, she had come to respect him. He didn't have the laidback-ness of Sensei Silver and he wasn't quite as intense as Sensei Kim. He was a firm presence and had been working with her after every practice. He never let her leave until she had perfected the move she needed to. It was exhausting but it was making her stronger. Alora's gaze zeroed in on Devon who was making a big show of ignoring her presence. Alora held back an eye roll, focusing back on Sensei Silver.

"My new senseis will be molding you all into winners, just like our very own Alora Sanchez and Tory Nichols. These two are the best examples of what Cobra Kai stands for," Silver gestured to the two girls who stepped forward slightly at their mentions. "If you wanna be taught by the best of the best step up and take a gi from Sensei Odell. If you wanna quit," he shrugs and gestures to another box. "Then at least take a complimentary thermos from Sensei Bacaria, as my gift to you." All of the kids flooded Sensei Odell to get a new Cobra Kai gi as Sensei Silver made a snide remark to the previous owner and began to walk out. "Sanchez, Nichols, with me."

"No," Sensei Kim interjected, firmly. "Your "best students" stay here."

Tory looked like she wanted to argue. "What for?" Alora gave her a side eye for questioning Sensei Kim, of all the new senseis she could've questioned.

Sensei Kim got closer to Tory, "I need to see who the best fighters are in this dojo. You two," she looked between Alora and Tory. "Will help me test them."
