Upon lifting his head Soviet looked quite confused as he watched Reich searching around the living room. While he could see the German clambering around, he couldn't help smiling just a bit when he saw his noticeably larger baby bump.

Of course with Soviet's help the Reich has been eating more, and taking all of his medicine. The Russian was a thousand percent being the best baby daddy he could ever be.

He's been helping AH set up the nursery, making sure everything is ready. He knew his wonderful little German was very nervous about the baby, and since getting the room painted and almost complete he had been noticeably more cautious about going in there.

It was obvious that he was still unsure about being a parent, but Soviet was absolutely sure he would be fine- not even fine- wonderful. He would be a wonderful mama.

He hummed to himself as he drank his coffee, finally seeing Reich enter the kitchen from the living room. "Something bothering you dear?" Soviet's words only made the German huff.

"Something smells like shrimp..." He grumbled and crossed his arms, looking upset in his baggy clothes. Reich didn't want the bump to be too noticeable but it definitely was no matter what he was wearing. "So damn terribly, and I can't find it." The German ticked and glanced back into the kitchen.

Soviet raised an eyebrow, "Shrimp? Dear I think you're just imagining things." Reich looked a bit offended and the Russian's expression turned fearful as he noticed the anger in the German's eyes.

Fortunately though before Reich could say a word AH came zooming down the stairs and into the kitchen, holding some papers in his hands. He was well dressed, completely ready to go out for the day. "Good Afternoon!" He chirped as he was suddenly between the two.

Reich huffed and crossed his arms, not looking very pleased but let Austria-Hungary talk. "So I have a very busy day today, and there's some work for you two to do-" The country went on yapping, catching both of their attention. "-While I have an appointment, errands to run, and then lunch with my bestie. I need you two to finish up the baby's room-" He giggled as he said baby. "-and handle the grocery shopping for this week."

The two countries blinked at AH, but the other just looked at them both happily before handing Reich some papers. "Seems easy enough right?"

Reich glanced down at the list, seeing multiple food items, along with a note for himself. He looked back at AH, "What does- 'whatever Reich is craving'- supposed to mean?" He stared at his mother for a moment.

"I can't predict your cravings dear."

The German was about to respond but Austria-Hungary went on.

"Anyways, I need you two to do this for me okay?" He nodded, "My friend is picking me up, so you two can use my card and my car, but don't crash it please." The nearly blind country chuckled before dropping the key's and his credit card onto the kitchen's island before suddenly walking off.

"Wait-" Reich paused and glanced towards the door, but it was already closed. He blinked up at Soviet. "...Well, you heard the man, let's go." He shrugged and grabbed the car keys and card.

"What- we can't just-" Soviet huffed, thinking for a moment which made the Reich smirk.

"Aw, is Soviet's fake social anxiety getting to him." Reich chuckled and glanced at the list again.

The Russian glared at him, "I am not going to get caught in public, and especially not in a damn grocery store."

"Well, then I'll have to go by myself-"

Reich stopped walking as Soviet yanked his arm back. "Absolutely not."

The German huffed and glanced back at the Russian. He pulled his arm back only to cross them, "My Mutter gave us a mission, he's done enough for us." He grumbled, "We won't even be out for that long."
